Can I get notifications when a Ticket is assigned to me?

Just head over to Admin -> Notification Center (information on configuring notification can be seen in this article: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowledgebase/articles/467208-notification-center-overview)



Now you can enable a flag that turns on the notification when a ticket is assigned, and choose how the user is notified;




And then when you are on a ticket, and you change the assignment to them, they get notified!
