Getting Started:

Our built-in payment integration is ready. Integrate your payments today and start experiencing the financial benefits that come with reducing entry errors, protecting your business from costly data breaches, and providing your customers with the best experience at check out.

You don't necessarily need to change anything initially, in fact, you may want to continue using your existing credit card solution while you get the hang of the software!  You can add credit card integration at any point down the road. Many users create a workflow while sticking with their current credit card solution.  Both approaches work well, so choose the one you are most comfortable with.

Option 1: Use Existing Credit Card Processor outside of the System

No setup is required for this option. All you need to do is mark the invoice as "Offline CC" when selecting the payment method to trigger the invoice to show as "paid" in RepairShopr.

Please note, that we are unable to support any offline payment methods or POS systems. This includes
Quickbooks Merchant Services for payment processing. Furthermore, if you want to use Quickbooks for accounting, you'll need a payment processor other than Quickbooks Merchant Services.

Option 2: Worldpay Credit Card Processing (Recommended)

Worldpay is the most comprehensive payment integration we have and its at the best rate. If you would like to learn more about what Worldpay offers please refer to this article

If you'd like to sign up, login to your RepairShopr account and head to Admin > App Center > Worldpay > Check the box that says to use Worldpay and click the link to contact Worldpay. Simply fill out and the contact form and Worldpay will reply to as soon as they can.

Option 3: is a gateway.  They can connect to your existing merchant account or help you find a new one.  A merchant account is 
the account that connects to your bank, i.e. it is where the money is sent. A gateway is where the credit card information is entered. It checks with the credit card company and then sends the money to the merchant account.

A typical configuration is getting a merchant account at your bank.  Once you have that, any gateway/terminal can connect to it.

Option 4: Square

Square can only be used for the iOS or Android apps. You find integration instructions here.

Option 5: Stripe

If you have stripe and would like to set it up with the software you find set up information here.

Option 6: Paypal

Paypal is another great option and it is easy to set up. Just head over to App Center under Admin. Select the Paypal card and then add your credentials. Save and you are all set to go
