Export Ticket Notes

The Ticket Export report does not include the ticket notes. There are a couple of ways to export them.

Export in a group of files

The link below will trigger an export of ALL ticket comments as a CSV spreadsheet, along with customers, contacts, logistics line items, tickets, and assets all at once. Replace "yoursite" with your RepairShopr subdomain.

Export Ticket Time By Technician

  1. Navigate to Admin > Reports > Employees - Ticket Time By Technician.
  2. Select the desired time Period.
  3. If desired, select certain Users.
  4. Click Run Report. Notice the NOTE column.
  5. If desired, in the upper right, click CSV to generate a CSV spreadsheet file.
