Quickbooks Online Two Way Sync
We would like to see true 2 way sync with Quickbooks Online (QBO). In particular, we would like Invoice payments to sync both ways between RS and QBO to save the current manual double handling of payments etc.

Canned Responses Categories - Need to Organize/Cleanup
We have 24 canned responses (currently and adding all the time) ranging from greetings to ready for pickup messages. It has become increasingly difficult to select the right canned response quickly.
Here is some feedback/requests:
1. It would be VERY nice to have the ability to select a drop down or have some other way to go to the right drop down. This should be on the ticket screen.
2. It would be great to include variables in the canned responses (similar to your template system) like %firstname%, %initialproblem%, etc...

Automatically calculate markup
We (like many other repair shops) use a standard markup strategy and pricing chart. It would be awesome to have an option in inventory to use a set markup rate, or use a pre-selected markup option.
By this, I mean you could have a few price ranges with corresponding markup rates, like: Parts that cost $1-$25 have a 100% markup, parts $26-50 are 60%, $51-100 is 30%, and $100+ are 20%. The other option (if not global like previously mentioned) would be item #65484 has an auto-markup of 25%, or alternatively $15.
This would take almost all of the work…

68 votesWe are going to mark this done as the initial beta is released. There are still a few things to get added to be at feature parity with iOS – worksheets/intake form/etc that will come in the next couple weeks.
Once those are released we’ll start adding features to ios/android simultaneously going forward.

This is an integral part of our business and I'm surprised others haven't needed this feature or requested it yet -
Here is the idea:
It would be great to have a product type that supported Serial Number Sales.
Any product that you carry such as:
- Microsoft Office
- Antivirus Software
- Backup Software
This would be great to have in RepairShopr. Currently we are storing all of our serial numbers either in an excel spreadsheet or in their original physical boxes... both are unsecure and not reliable... but we've made it…

Inventory Count (stock take module)
It would be nice to have an option for the store manager to conduct a blind inventory count. They could enter in skus and the number of the inventory they have and it could generate a report of it compared to what is supposed to be on hand. It could then give the option to generate adjustments in the inventory.

If you are a beta tester, please find the new link to Stock Take on the admin page, or inventory page. Try it out on a small subset of products.
There are a couple modes for entry currently. You can just barcode scan from mobile or laptop/etc, you can search for a product and type in how many you have, or you can use the onscreen keypad (ipad?).
Let us know if there is another method you’d like to see to speed things up!

Late Fees
After an computer has been invoice for 5 Days & Is still sitting in shop, we charge $2 day late fee. Something to keep track of this automatically would be cool.

No Diagnostic Needed in tickets
We would like to have checkbox for "Diagnostic Not Needed" just above "Is work approved to proceed?" Many times when a ticket is created we already no what the problem is and there is no need to do a diagnostic.

Allow Users to Lock Session
The Switch User with PIN screen is very handy, but it would be good if this screen could become more of a Lock Screen.
This would allow the terminal to be 'signed out' but not 'logged out' fully.
Eg, a Manager could finish on a terminal and hit Switch User.
The next user to come along can use either their PIN number or full login, but not be able to click close and resume the session with the permissions of the last user.

ScreenConnect API Integration
ScreenConnect is an alternative to LogMeIn/Teamviewer, and almost GFI Max. It doesn't provide as much info as GFI Max does, however it is much cheaper. The fact that it costs $300 per lifetime, and you get to run your own remote server that doesn't cost you anything more, is a huuuge plus. We made the jump when Logmein free went away, and I've loved it ever since. Super easy customization showing our logo, bizname/etc. Don't mean to get too carried away here, but it really has been a huge help since we found it, and I feel if more people…

Ability to schedule appointments with non-customers or without a ticket (like a vendor or non-income meeting)
Sometimes we need to block time out of the schedule for things like interviews or meeting with a potential vendor, or 'personal time' on the calendar. Can we have the ability to schedule things that are not attached to a ticket or customer?

send appointment or field job reminders
It would be a great feature to have a email reminder sent to customers and the techs the day before their appointment that way they remember and can quickly reference their appointment etc. Sometimes we schedule a week or 2 out and it would be nice for the system to automatically provide a reminder after the confirmation email has been sent when the appointment/field job was created.

Create packing slips from invoices
When a customer buys hardware, we need something for them to sign when the equipment is delivered stating they received it. We need a way to do that when it's just a straight sale and not related to a ticket. It would be helpful to be able to do this from the invoice screen. On some occasions our customers receive the equipment before they issue a payment, so a receipt would not work for us.
