Edit Ticket Receipt Template

Please add edit of regular and small receipt ticket template. Thank you for your time and all hard work thus far, significantly superior software folks. Thank you.

        It would be very nice to be able to edit the ticket Receipts. I looked all over and couldn't find it either. It looks like that template hasn't been set up as an editable template yet. We would love to be able to add items to that template, including a custom text box that we could position. through out the ticket...

        For example, we'd like to add a place to direct people to look up their job progress via the web page and ticket lookup API integration.

        "Check Status of your repair anytime by entering your ticket number here..... insert weblink here"

        Or "Happy Holidays, we are closed Christmas and New Years please call ahead before stopping".

        Any many more ideas like these...

        I’d REALLY want to be able to edit the template of the ticket receipt aswell. I can’t understand how it is possible to edit all templates, but just not the ticket receipt...... when my customer brings an iPhone or Mac fo repair, I want to give out a small receipt they can save in their wallet. Not an A4 format form.

        The receipt currently looks like a mess with all the custom fields showing... atleast, have the custom field titles be bold or something, so it’s easier to read and not just a messy heap of text.

        Full edit control would be best to fix the language barrier for my customers not understanding English that well. Just like we are able to edit the invoice receipt, that would be close to perfect!

        Hope this can get (partly) some priority!
