Quickbooks Online Two Way Sync
We would like to see true 2 way sync with Quickbooks Online (QBO). In particular, we would like Invoice payments to sync both ways between RS and QBO to save the current manual double handling of payments etc.

Our invoices are not syncing payments all of the time. Also, are not taking partial payments or overpayments. This needs to be corrected because our customers will sometimes have credits on their accounts and QB & Repairshopr need to match. Also, inventory quantity limit is 5000, can this be raised? We sell items in inches and will have over 5000 in quantity sometimes.

this is a must for us. Quickbooks reconciliation automation saves our accounts team hours of work. This automatically assigns payments based upon data imported from a bank feed.
also, we have many other items we invoice, like Office 365 services, that are created in QB that will not come across to Repairshopr. This then creates confusion for the customer as only part of their invoicing is in the customer poral. -

We have constant invoice and payment problems because we use QB for our web business and Repair shopr for our Tech business. Some clients have both services. QB has features for our web clients that we don't need for our Tech clients and Repair shopr is more work than QB for our web developers.

Definitely agree with payments syncing both ways and purchase orders should go across as invoices in Quicken
