    This integration is working great so far! Here's some questions and comments I sent to support, that suggested I post them to the forum, which I believe are now under consideration:
    - It would be useful for others going forward, if you changed the "ninja_url" in the Asset Type field to "web_link" by default. I've done this to turn the device's URL from plain-text into a hyperlink. It's very handy!
    - Is it possible to pull the device in Ninja, to the alert in RS? Or possibly tie it to the Asset in RS? I see the full alerts in RS, but don't know what machine it's for. (The answer was no, but was passed on to dev)
    - I noticed under "Asset Types" I have "Ninja Computer", "Ninja Monitor" and "Ninja NMS". Any ETA when Monitors and NMS devices will be pulled into RS Assets? I currently only see Computers.
    - Besides manually assigning Contacts to the Asset, is it possible to automatically do this somehow using the "Last User" field?

    Ninja did a release last night that hooks up their side of this integration, we're just going to do some quick private beta testing today and we'll be able to start having people use it. We'll update here shortly when it's ready.

    Ninja announced that their next update, rolling out the evening of November 9th (tonight), will include integration with RepairShopr. I'm hoping that once that comes out, everything will be in place to connect the two systems together.

    just curious to find out,do we have any ticketing system integrated with Ninja RMM now?

    or any suggestions what all we can use for clients

    I am a Ninja Beta Tester ---- FYI, like the integration that's about to roll out, gonna be doing some more test pretty soon. keep ya all up to date! We almost there !!!!

    Anxiously awaiting this feature...my entire MSP business is contingent upon it and one of the key reasons we went with Repairshopr. :) Can we be a beta tester?

    Ok well i was going with Nable - However ! I've spoken to the guys and currently in a trail. Looks like these guys are very proactive with their products. They told me a couple of weeks and integration will be complete ! looks like it will tie in well
