No Diagnostic Needed in tickets
We would like to have checkbox for "Diagnostic Not Needed" just above "Is work approved to proceed?" Many times when a ticket is created we already no what the problem is and there is no need to do a diagnostic.

Agree! We just skip it most of the time.
same here. Having to include a diagnostics step is just extra work and annoying. There should be a way to disable that feature.

Agreed. It's an extra step we never use, so we often forget to do it and end up with a "Ticket(s) Stale - do the Diagnostic" email a yard long.

This would be great. Most of the time my Technicians take the ticket. They type the diagnostic into the initial response, This causes extra work most of the time.
I am also for this idea but I am out of "votes"
We currently use a canned response stating that diagnostics were not necessary. But a checkbox similar to the pre-approval box would be appreciated.

Furthermore it would be nice to have some automation. Specific type of ticket? Automatically no diagnosis.
Yes, I hardly ever use diagnosis.
