  1. Allow non admin users to see the Change History of a Ticket

    It would we great to allow non admin users to view the Change History of a Ticket. It could be a permition in the Security Groups Manager.

    This is important to us, because sometimes a tech has to ask the seller who has created the ticket something about the ticket or the customer.

  2. Warranty 1 Week

    Would it be possible to have warranties based on days, weeks, and/or months? We guarantee our service for 7 days. On the 7th day, we would like to give the customer or client a notification that today is the last day for our warranty.

  3. Hover to preview Leads info

    We would LOVE the ability to hover over a lead and have a pop-up showing the content of the lead without opening. Most of our leads have identical leading text in the Issue field, so it would be great to hover over the lead and see the "Ticket Description" in a pop up. This would save so much time in sorting out the garbage/SPAM leads.

  5. Decimals in inventory item discount percentage

    The inventory item discount percentage currently only works for whole percentage, i.e 2% . We would like to see decimal percentages i.e. 2.2%

  6. Invoice Read Receipts

    Have emailed invoices show when a client has opened the message so we know that it is being received and not sent to junk. Similar to how Freshbooks allows you to see exactly when an invoice has been viewed even if it's more than once.

  7. The ability to show only tickets with no technician assigned

    I think the ability to show a list of tickets with no technician assigned would be helpful. Currently you can sort by technician which groups these tickets, or view the tickets for individual technicians. It would be helpful to have it as an additional option in the technician filter on the tickets page.

  8. CSV Reports

    When a report is prepared and then the CSV is downloaded the appearance of the details is different. Often the order is changed, however the totals are also missing. I know that it is easy enough to add the totals and change the order with excel, however I don't understand why the information cannot be the same as the screen report. What is the point of having a report that when printed is not the same?

  9. Extended Costs for multiple Quantities

    When the quantity is more than 1 it would make the report more useful if the costs for the quantity was extended instead of the just the sale values. Specifically on lines items of an invoice, costs report only for 1 quantity regardless of how many were sold. This would also be helpful on the various sales reports.

  11. Customer Dynamic List

    Add the ability to search based on product/service purchased. This would allow us to have more customized emailing options. Currently, we have to add a warranty to the product/service and then create a mailing list based on the warranty name.
    Also, would like an option to email after x weeks in addition to warranty expiration in x weeks.

  13. Category & Sub-Category for Inventory (Re-order Levels)

    I understand that an option to add sub-categories in the inventory module may be in the works (which I am psyched about!). What would be fantastic, is if we were able to flag low stock levels for a sub-category instead of at the item level. For example, as the owner of a tech shop, I need to know only if we are low on 240GB Solid State Drives in general. I don't So, I don't necessarily care about a specific drive being low on stock, only that we are low on 240GB SSD's or low on 64GB Flash Drives, etc.

  15. Pushover Notification Customization

    I think that all the notification, specifically Pushover should be able to be customized. The current notification show very brief information. If we could include a link to the ticket or invoice that it is referring to, that would allow us to get to the finer details quicker. Most of us using pushover are doing do with a mobile device, and it is cumbersome to swap apps, open up RS, and search for that ticket/invoice.

  16. Recurring appts on the appt feature -

    I often need to create a series of appointments eg booking in weekly/monthly client/staff meetings but currently we have to create a new appt for each one. Having the ability to set up recurring appts would be a great time saver.

  17. "Set up Auto-pay"

    This is just re-wording my previous request. If Authorize.net is enabled - client should have ability to check a box to "save for future payments" and have a few lines of a disclaimer indicating that they will be billed automatically with the credit card on file.

  18. Prepay hours usage report for customers

    My business customers are constantly requesting the ability to view a report that shows how their prepay hours were applied.

    Bare minimum info to include:
    Date
    Invoice number
    Hours added or subtracted to account (and a running balance maybe?)

    All of this data is available but in fragmented parts and it is not available to be seen or sent to the customer in a report form. Currently I have to compile all the data from individual invoices manually into a spreadsheet. Please help.

  19. Time Clock - Get notifications if someone manually changes time.

    Notify ownership / upper management / HR- if any one manually adjusts time, that way you can find a reason on why this may keep happening.
