  2. Customer Purchases Custom Fields

    It would be great if the Customer Purchases included custom fields options like the tickets do. We really want to use this feature but need to ensure our employees are able to collect certain information regarding the purchase.

  3. More CRM features - manage mailing lists - better sorting options

    It would be very nice if there was a much more robust CRM in RSr, really expand on the “LEADS”. We currently keep our mailing list in a FileMaker Pro DB so we can mail out postcards, call prospects and maintain those notes. RSr has nothing to support this at all. It would be nice to import all our "Postcard" mailing prospecting list into RSr and have that phone calling log..and fields that would support more of a sales and marketing function, setting appointments, reminders to call, notes about what the clients have talked about etc.

  4. Contract clients - tagging clients - easier to identify - Client agreements

    It would be very nice if there was an easy way to identify that a client was a contract client. Like a big read Contract under their company name when a ticket comes in.

    Better yet would be to have a contact center that held all the agreements, and a way to have that big red text flag be anything we choose.

    We could then put which contact type they have and when that client emailed in we could see that right away.

    We have no way to keep track of what contracts clients have with us at this point…

  5. Custom Invoice Numbering for Multi Store

    We are trying to implement this in multiple sites. We have been setting up the QB sync and are worried that at some point there will be a major sync issue when two stores come upon the same invoice number. It would be very nice to have the ability to customize the invoice number to something like XX-### that way we're assured all sites will never hit the same number.

  6. Pulseway RMM Integration

    Pulseway is very affordable and powerful RMM tool with the best mobile apps that you can find for any RMM tool today! (believe me I've tried almost all of them). More info here -> https://www.pulseway.com/

    Now after just recently releasing REST API v2 there are tons of possibilities with easily integrating it to RepairShopr. Pulling Assets, creating tickets from alerts are some of the obvious ideas.

    Gravity Forms is a widely used WordPress tool for creating advanced forms.

    I believe this would be the easiest way to integrate with WordPress. By using gravity forms API you can integrate RepairShopr so that form fields will create new customer in RepairShopr and Wordpress at the same time or create a ticket which would be most likely the first two things that would be nice to have.     You could use zapier to send gravityforms into RepairShopr leads as structured data – once we add the new customer action we’ll probably mark this as complete via zapier.

    It would be awesome if RepairShopr could create hosting accounts purchased through our website similar to WHMCS.

  10. View Customer Detail - Tickets Widget display Due Date

    I am interested in seeing the Customer's ticket due date along side or instead of the ticket create date on the View Customer Detail page.

    When reviewing a customer it is helpful to know when the next service or scheduled ticket is due.

  11. movable boxes

    I'd really like to be able to rearrange the boxes on any given screen. such as looking at a certain ticket or invocie. I'd like to bable to click a crosshair and move customer info box down to the bottom for instance. Making them all editable and then a button that saves that setup as default would be nice.

  14. Group Refurb tickets under the tickets tab

    Hey guys,

    Thanks for releasing customer purchases & refurbs it will help us. One slight problem for us though. We don't have a dedicated team of techs working on just refurbs. Our techs are used to looking through the ticket tab to keep on top of things. Would it be possible to include refurb tickets in the tickets tab like all the other tickets? Otherwise I know refurbs will get missed and stay sitting there for weeks. I know it's just a change in the way we work but it made sense to me to be able to see both…

  15. Initiate a New Check In from within an existing ticket

    Sometimes I create a ticket troubleshooting a problem with a phone (maybe a support phone call). Then find out it is likely a hardware issue and need to start a Check In.

  17. Prices

    At the moment, I am only able to input prices in dollars and cents. However, we would like to have some prices, such as gas, in parts of cents. Right now the price is either rounded up or down to the nearest cent. Is it possible to have this feature added so as to adjust the price rate to accommodate parts of cents?

  19. Pending Orders Inventory Code/Sku

    Pending Orders/shopping list is great, however for those of us who use inventory codes, it would be helpful to not have to cross reference the inventory description to our inventory code to place the orders.

  20. Name and caption for custom field

    It would be a great idea to distinguish the name and the caption for custom fields. I'm using the API and I'd like to receive the name of the custom field instead the display string. The caption could have white-spaces and could change.
