  2. Customize estimates and invoices

    It would be nice if we could delete the "Item" column in the Estimate and Invoice template. We don't want that column. This column contain the part number of our product and we don't want our customers to know what is the part number of the product.

    With the part number, people can find easily on Google the product, so the product's price.

    This is simple to do yourself, you can use CSS to hide a specific column in the table. Here are instructions for hiding the “first” column:

    Add this style in the code editor in the area

    .invbody-items tr td:first-child { display: none; }

    And in the html area delete this:

  3. Autoprintr suggestion

    Hi guys,

    Here's a quick note about Multi-store operations and how the current Cloud Print service works;

    When Store A makes an invoice, and Store B presses "Print", it will print to Store A, even though Store B pressed print.

    I would love to see an option where, in AutoPrintr, no matter which store makes the invoice, whichever store requests the print, gets the print.

    I would also suggest that for Dymo labels, if possible.

  4. Printing Price Labels

    Like most stores, we need to print pricing labels to mark shelves in store with prices for products. RS could really do with a good system for customising label sizes and styles so that we can make good quality pricing labels.

  5. Tracking shipments/Parts

    Hi

    The tracking feature is useless and really needs to be fixed. You say when you search the tracking # it opens up a google search. What is the point of this??
    You should be able to add a direct URL in manually, and then when you click on that link you put in..it will take you to the actual website (for example, DHL) and you can view the status of the shipment. Right now, if I input my DHL tracking #…it opens up a google search and gives me random searches for misc crap like Flickr pages.

    You are right, it didn’t matter for USA folks because fedex/ups (99% of the market) use tracking numbers that are detected by google – where DHL tracking numbers are not possible to auto-detect so nobody has a good automated solution.

    Now if you enter a URL into that field we’ll link to that instead of google.

  8. Warehouse stock take

    With the new warehouse feature there are a few problems primarily regarding the Stock Take feature. Currently the warehouse location inventory cannot be checked like other locations. It would also be nice to see the stock take page label which location a given Stock Take is associated with.

  10. Idle Ticket Notification

    Hi, is there anyway for repairshopro to trigger a notification if a ticket status has stayed in one status for too long? For example if a ticket status stays too long with New status after 1 day, a pop up would come on. Also it would be nice to have option of pop up notification instead of text or email.

  11. Make Ticket Worksheets editable

    Whenever I have to add an answer to a dropdown field in a worksheet, instead of being able to add an answer, like in ticket assets, I have to recreate the entire field. This is tedious and causes errors.

  12. Inventory Stock Take Module Issue

    The stock take module does not show items that are not scanned. ie the system thinks I have 10 of product X, but in reality I have none. The stock take module will not put product X on the count to update to actual. When I move to the finalize the stock count, it should show all items that have been scanned and all items that have counts according to the system regardless if they are scanned or not. Without this the stock take feature is useless for reconciling inventory on a large scale and the variances will only compound…

    This was added when Stock Take Lists were introduced. You can see the On Hand Quantity and the Scanned Quantity on the Reconciliation form. The Stock Take intentionally does not show the Expected Counted on the Stock Take screen to avoid fudging of numbers by the scanner as possible.

  13. Quickbooks Online Two Way Sync

    We would like to see true 2 way sync with Quickbooks Online (QBO). In particular, we would like Invoice payments to sync both ways between RS and QBO to save the current manual double handling of payments etc.

  14. Tech Wiki

    I don't see it listed here and maybe I just don't know how to do it, but having a Tech Wiki that is searchable and includes an editor (for ease of use) so that techs can whip up or modify a procedure on a specific issue would be highly beneficial. I wouldn't even mind if it was included as an add-on that had to be paid for. This is one of the major reasons I'm considering moving to another platform.

    While I can do the work, I'm looking at hiring soon and I can't expect them to have the same…

  15. Auto close waiting on customer

    It would be awesome if we could have a rule to auto close a ticket if it is waiting on customer for x number of days.

  16. Fix estimates so they can be sent to contacts

    Currently estimates are only sent to a primary user. In a multi-level company this just doesn't work. Please make it so they function like a ticket and are send to the contact on the estimate.

    This was implemented a long time ago but maybe not clear because the communication log still had the “main Customer email” in it.

    We just improved this so it allows you to choose who gets the email and it shows the correct email in the log/history.

    Enabling custom labels for customer accounts as an option.

    It would help for customers that book as a couple and want to put both mobile numbers as contacts

    The "New RMM Alert Created! An Alert was created fo..." (for Watchman, in Messages) is overly wordy, and cuts off before useful info (which Group/Customer) is displayed. Would be more handy to be able to eyeball this quickly! Thanks...

    Mobile Defenders is a great vendor for parts and screens for phone repair. They have already helped me manually upload their catalog into RepairShopr and expressed interest in a formal integration. They are currently integrated with {OTHERS}. Please consider adding them as a vendor integration option.

    Seems an obvious trigger but not included.

    There are so many triggers in RepairShopr that different users will find useful. For me, I need to trigger a new Trello card on a new ticket creation.
