I suggest you ...

Tech Wiki

I don't see it listed here and maybe I just don't know how to do it, but having a Tech Wiki that is searchable and includes an editor (for ease of use) so that techs can whip up or modify a procedure on a specific issue would be highly beneficial. I wouldn't even mind if it was included as an add-on that had to be paid for. This is one of the major reasons I'm considering moving to another platform.

While I can do the work, I'm looking at hiring soon and I can't expect them to have the same breadth of knowledge I do, or do everything exactly as I would do them...without a guide to follow.

it would be really great to be able to cut and paste images directly to it rather then link it to a web source. I have a small config diagram that is best suited visually then just text

So glad I found this article. I was beginning to think that an internal wiki wasn't an option. Are you planning to add a button or link for the tech wiki to make it easy to access? Further, are you planning to add the ability to link to other websites? It would be great to see something like "Tech Links" that would allow you to create sub-menus or a page with buttons that can link to the internal tech wiki as well as eternal websites that we use in the course of the day.
