  1. VAT Collected/ Reports

    Let’s say you have 4 invoices. 2 invoices have 13.5% Vat and 2 have 23% Vat.
    At the moment the system, under the Reports/Sales Tax is adding the total amount of the invoice taxed at 13.5 % and the total amount of the invoice taxed at 23%.
    For example if the first two invoices that have the 13.5% vat, have a total of €272.4 where the total vat is €32.4. The other two have invoices that have a vat rate of 23% and the total amount is €373.6 where the Vat is €73.6. The system under Reports/Sales Tax will Generate…

  5. More Domo Reports for MSP's

    Would be nice to see more MSP based reports. A few examples.

    Revenue by Technician - Technicians do not bill in our scenario so all revenue shows by our accounting gal
    Profit by Technician - Again technician will not be generating invoices
    Hours by Technician - Would be great to see both billed and unbilled by period of time
    Parts Revenue by Technicians - again not who billed who created

  6. Add a feature to sort invoices by customer, as well as item/status

    That would allow for bringing all invoices for the same customer to the top for review.
    In case of the items, all product invoices for instance, could be brought to the top for easier viewing and distributing.

    OK, so as an IT Company we are ordering new items all the time that need put into inventory for the first time when we create the PO, we do not always get to that on the day of the PO Creation. Since many items we use are serialized, this causes QBO errors, and many headaches, because the items will not sync to QBO Since the PO used the Creation date and not the checking date for when you got the item.   8. Point of Sale Controls

    Some things to improve the point of sale:
    1-Deposits taken from customers do not appear in the Z reports (when you close the cash registers) nor shown in the daily payments report. It should be reflected in both because those are the reports that tell you the incoming money. Otherwise that money is out of sight. If I'm not the one in the register how would I know there was a customer deposit?

    In the POS where it says "Status" Open ( Close), the blue link that directs you to open/close the register leads to confusion. You wouldn't know if…

  9. Decimal places on QTY in invoice

    Qty on invoice should allow for more decimal places than 2. If I want to charge a rate of $60 per hour but only want 1/3 of an hour it comes to $19.80 instead of $20 because it only allows for 2 decimal places. If I try to add a 3rd it reverts back to 2. A little more granularity would be great so we don't have to change the RATE to get the totals correct.

  10. Profit & Loss Report - Report On Accrual Instead Of Cash

    Here in Australia we have two forms of reporting both our BAS and our Tax for EOFY. Cash and Accrual basis. Cash basis means that as a business I do not report receiving an income until i have actually received payment for an invoice. Accrual basis means that i must report income as soon as the invoice has been generated regardless of if i have been paid or not.

  11. Quickbooks Online - Create multiple "Accounts to apply payments to" options in setup

    Currently ALL credit card, checks and cash have to go into a single acccount in QB that has to be manually sorted out in QB. If there were at LEAST the ability to have my Vantive Credit Card transactions posted into that account and Checks/Cash posted in Undeposited Funds, we would be saved hours of work each week.

  14. Collapseable Customer Custom Text Fields

    When using Text Area custom fields for customers, they make the customer information page incredibly long. It would be nice if the text area fields would be collapsed at first, then click an arrow or something to expand them to see all text in the desired box.

    Is it possible to have notification for daily sales when the register is closed? It takes time to check sales for multiple shops, it would be really cool to receive a text message with daily stats for each shop..

  16. SimpleHelp Integration

    I have been using ScreenConnect integrated into RepairShopr and it is nice. But I just found SimpleHelp going through the integrations for Watchman Monitoring and this looks amazing. Same great features (and more) as ScreenConnect but one time payment for more features!

    Would love to see integration with this as I plan on switching in the next month.

  17. Place the date updated on the first inventory table

    By placing the last "date updated" on the table when you first bring up the inventory or in search it would tell us when we last updated pricing data on an item. Right now it's a pain because I have to instruct people to call the suppliers every time we quote something that isn't an every day/week sale.

    Having it right in the first table lets us see this without actually clicking on the item, saving us time when talking with the customer on the phone for price checks and things.

  18. Contract enahncement to show customer managed services value

    It would be great if you could enter a discount percentage rather than just a dollar amount on contract. Then this can flow through like a discount and show the customer how much money they saved each month.

    It would be great to be able to customize the ticket list color options to be individualized by company. For instance we don't care about diagnosis and 36 hours is way too long. For us it is more like 4 hours. Would be great if it could indicate per SLA how much time till response required.

  20. Computer Reports

    It would be nice to have: When a computer report is attached (like RepairTech's TechUSB/TechWARU) to have an option in settings (if consensus doesn't want) for a Diagnostic note to be automatically added to the ticket. Something like "(name of report) has finished and needs review". Then to change status to "Tech Needed" or something similar. We do this manually now, but over the course of a year the minutes can add up. This automation can save time, money, and possibly bring attention to a ticket more quickly that the diagnostic has finished (faster than changing KVM positions)
