  1. Add "signatures" based on the user logged in.

    It would be handy to have something similar to an email signature that can be used when technicians are updating the customer through the ticket. Some of our technicians have different contact information or credentials/certifications they would have listed in their signature.

  2. Require reason for not charging tax in customer profile

    I would love to require a reason for not collecting taxes from a customer in their profile. When another shop purchases an item from us we generally would not charge taxes if they have a sales tax certificate, I would like to indicate that as the reason for not collecting taxes and require their tax certificates and a means of indicating the expiration date.

    As a work around of course we try to remember to set them up as a tax free customer and use custom fields for the tax cert and expiration date but honestly many times we do…

  3. More Marketing Tags

    It would be nice to have additional tags to use in marketing emails to help be more specific on what it is referring to.
    Be able to say something like:
    Hey {{customerfirstname}}, we closed your ticket {{ticketnumber}}. If you have any other problems with {{ticketdescription}} just contact us.

    It would help customers who have several tickets within the marketing period to know what you are checking up on.

  4. Option to require tech assignment

    We use an generic front desk account to check in repairs and it would be great if we could require the reception user to assign a tech to every ticket.

  5. Mailable Postcards

    I love being able to mail physical invoices, and thought, 'What about incorporating that feature with Marketr, and having the ability to send Post Cards or Thanks Yous?' We're currently doing this manually with postable, but would love to make it automated.

  7. Allow a scheduled automatic credit card charge for full account balances

    We have clients that send us work almost daily.

    They want us to process their credit cards weekly, bi-weekly or Monthly.

    After storing a credit card, it would be nice to be able to setup a schedule on their account that will charge the full account balance to the card.

    As a clarification, I am speaking about invoices that were created, not pending charges.

  8. #Hashtag tech notifications in notes

    There's a lot of instances where I'd reference another tech in the company for something or do the "he said/she said" notes where it'd be nice to have a #techname. Ideally, it would alert them just like we get notifications when tickets get assigned to us.

  9. Reports: Create a report of old customers

    We would like to generate a report that lists customers with whom we have not done business with in at least 3 months. RepairShopr knows the dates when invoices were closed, so this information would need to be combined with customer data as to whether or not they had any newer invoices. The goal would be to make personalized phone calls to older customers for customer service and to generate more business.

  10. Attach an active Database to your inventory system, stop all of this manual data entry to save real time for all size shops.

    In any inventory based retail businesses, they do not do all of this manual data entry. When you make an order for sellable items or parts restocking orders that's when you create your PO for that order. Every thing from this point on should be scan an enter. Almost everything has a UPC code today. So when that PO order comes in all you should have to do is scan the barcode/ UPC and that item is added to your inventory. Now by the time you scan the last item of the order your PO should balance and zero out…

  11. Check-ins automatically approved when signed.

    We use the check-in feature for mobile devices and most of the time the device is pre-diagnosed and approved by the customer when checking in so it would be good if you could either add the pre-diagnosed and approved check boxes to the check-ins form or when the customer signs the intake form the work will be approved?

  12. More Domo Reports for MSP's

    Would be nice to see more MSP based reports. A few examples.

    Revenue by Technician - Technicians do not bill in our scenario so all revenue shows by our accounting gal
    Profit by Technician - Again technician will not be generating invoices
    Hours by Technician - Would be great to see both billed and unbilled by period of time
    Parts Revenue by Technicians - again not who billed who created

  13. Bundle items PDF file

    I would like to be able to print a PDF list of bundled items, excluding line item prices and costs, so I can easily make a price list for customers to look at.
    It would be nice to be able to list individual bundles as well as a list of selected bundled items.

  14. Make restricted inventory items for only authorized users

    Loving the new "merged" inventory system! It was such a pain having to choose which location the inventory item was at. However, there was one nice feature:

    I have 10 techs, 3 managers and 1 district manager, plus me. With the old inventory system, we were able to add items like "manager discount" to a non-standard location, and only allow managers to "log in" to that location. That way, only a manager could issue a "managers discount" line item.

    With all inventory items available to all users, there are no items available to specific users. Also, there is no work…

  15. Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes

    Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes. Eg. We like to print a Ticket Receipt and give it to the customer when they drop off a job to confirm what we have received from them.

    This includes custom fields such as Charger checkbox, laptop bag checkbox, other equipment text field.

    Checkboxes don't show up on a ticket receipt (I guess they would all show up if they did which wouldn't be good for us). Id like the option of showing only selected checkboxes on the ticket receipt.

    We might do a rules engine for this, but currently we don’t want it automatically changing – enough people want this to work differently that we’re going to just leave it for now.

    Just like the invoice screen, I have quite a few luddite customers who rarely check email and would love to be able to use your snail mail feature to send an estimate. Thanks

  19. Option for Monthly Invoices to include Ticket Details / Information

    For some businesses we do several tickets and invoice them all at once at the end of the month. Currently your shopping cart feature allows us to bill this way, however when the invoice prints it does not show any other details other than the ticket number. It would be great to have a feature where it sends / prints ticket details along with the invoice so they have a complete over-view of what they are being charged for.

    The online system for customers / clients to log in to see their account only let's them see current owed money…

  20. View Customer Detail Screen

    Directly under Customer Info box is the Communications Log box and Contacts box. You might consider either making these boxes movable or customizable or having the boxes most often used directly under the Customer Info box: Tickets on the right and Invoices on the left.
