  1. Scanning Barcode Auto-Adds to an open invoice/ticket

    Scanning the barcodes is a great way to save time generating a ticket or invoice, however the current system only scans the numbers which require manually pressing enter or selecting an item.

    Why not scan it and have it automatically add to which ever invoice is currently being worked on? That would save a ton of time especially when you are a few feet from the computer/iPad/etc...

  2. Allow Editing of the Order of Dropdown Entries in Asset Custom Fields

    We have a few Custom Asset Fields where we use the Dropdown Entry option for the field type. The problem is, when I go in to edit those Dropdown Entry Answers (ex. Add answer).

    I like having my dropdown entries listed in alphabetical order, which is disrupted when I have to add a new answer. So, to have these answers listed in order, I have to copy and paste them into the new positions.

    (ex. Asset Custom Field Dropdown Entry Answer #1 = Beta, but when I go to add the new answer, Alpha, I filled in Alpha as Dropdown…

  3. Booking Specific Ticket

    I would like to see the an option from within a ticket to send the customer the booking link and when they book using the link that booking is assigned to the specific ticket.

    Or even just send the standard booking link and they can enter their ticket ID there to associate the booking with a specific ticket.

    We like to schedule remote and onsite visits and allow the customer to choose their booking via our website BUT have it attach to a specific ticket would be helpful.

  4. Customer Information Reports & Prompts

    I would like a report that shows customers with missing information, like no email on file, no phone number on file, missing address, etc. along with showing if an email is bounced as bad.

    For the prompts I would like to see a feature where we could flag customers with missing information that would prompt when that customer is pulled up during a check-in or ticket creation that prompts the user or dispatch to request updated info.

  5. Customer Data Sheet/Worksheet

    Would it be possible to take the ability used to create ticket worksheets and have similar under the customer section so we can have worksheets attached to clients and not just tickets. Thinking this would be more for information or configuration purposes. Could create a customer info sheet for example for an equipment setup, network setup or software setup and input things like IP address, credentials, License keys, vendor info, etc.

  6. Change History on Tickets to show ticket name change.

    I would like the Change History viewed by admins to show more information. Especially if the ticket name is changed.

  7. Show Inventory IN TRANSIT and ON PO in Product Search

    The ability to see inventory across location is super helpful, but there is still no way to see how much qty is "in transit" from a Logistics transfer or "shipping in" from a PO on the location level.

    Right now, when something is in Logistics, it's just null/absent in the qty levels. Like, it doesn't show that you have 12 "in transit", instead it just shows you're missing a qty of 12 "somewhere" and you can't see unless you check Logistics.

    It would be very nice to see "how many" of something is coming in from a PO or Logistics…

  9. Subscriptions

    It would be helpful to us to have stored credit cards send a reminder that their card is about to expire, and have there be an option in the customer portal to update their credit card. We have "subscriptions" that we sell that we have setup with reoccurring invoices. It'd be nice to have a marketer option where we can send an email out a few weeks prior to the reoccurring invoice charges their card.

  10. Send All Invoices

    Would like to see an option added to do a mass sending of all outstanding invoices via email and snail mail - a page with two columns "Email" "Snail Mail" and "Send All" or let us individually select which ones to send and of course a send button. This would make dealing with due/past due invoices much easier.

    Along with this would also like an option for invoices to be 'marked' Past Due - so it would show on the invoice and in the email.

  11. Invoice Merging

    We've already had suggested the ability to merge multiple tickets into one invoice, but I think it would also be beneficial to have the ability to merge multiple invoices on a single ticket into one.

    I had a situation yesterday where I accidentally created an invoice before all the necessary charges were on the ticket so when I added the rest of the charges and created a new invoice, it left me with two invoices with one charge each. If I could have merged them it would have made the invoice show up correctly sand how I originally intended, as…

    When making an appointment we usually do a 2hr default duration. It would be nice if we could have a default duration that we could set in the settings to something like 2hrs.

  13. Add a "Reprint Receipt" Button to the receipt screen

    Add a "reprint" button on the receipt screen after paying a invoice. This way if you need two receipts you can print another manually. I know this can be done automatically in the printer setup, but I only need two receipts when doing credit cards( one for them to sign, and one for them to take with them. Printing 2 automatically for every invoice would waste alot of paper. Currently I have to leave the receipt screen pull up the customer record and print another one from the payment window. Another way would be to change the number of reciepts…

  15. Integrate Amazon as a parts distributor like iFixIt

    How you can search and order parts with iFixIt, do the same with Amazon. I know many repair shops that use Amazon because they can get wholesale pricing without having to buy in bulk.

  16. REFERRAL SOURCE -

    This really helps to know how our marketing is working.

    Once a customer comes in for service - lets say from a google search, after the service is performed we should be able to change that customer to a different REFERRAL SOURCE - because now they are an existing customer - we have earned their business and they become an existing customer rather than another google search the next time they come in - not very helpful in deciding on advertising budget.

    It seems like when I change their REFERRAL SOURCE it changes all the reports.

    Am I mistaken or…

  17. Customer Portal - Billing Admin

    As of now, if a Portal User is created, they cannot see the invoices. If I remove the portal user, the invoices show up under the generic link.

    Can we have an option to make users billing administrators?

    We are trying to use the Portal for some of our larger clients to submit tickets for better tracking, but these clients pay all invoices once a month and would like to be able to just go online to do it.

  18. Expand Cloudberry Integration

    I am looking at migrating customers to Cloudberry, and I really like the integration for invoicing! However - I would like to bill my customers a small amount each month (ie $2.00) to cover the cost of the license of the software, so it would be great if there were a way to include that fixed cost on the Cloudberry Invoice automatically, along with the variable cost that is passed through from Cloudberry.

  20. Notification trigger for PO delivered

    Just add a trigger : "back ordered purchase order delivered" to update tickets owners that are affected by the delivery of regular inventory parts that were back ordered.
