So you want to have to scroll down each time to look at what is newest?
Logically if you are following the progression of the ticket you would NOT want to have to scroll down each time to see what the latest activity is.
Or am I understanding this wrong?
This is more like, additional people can subscribe/follow for updates right?
You can’t “assign” something to more than one person..
Would “follow” with notifications get you what you are after?

Many ticketing systems have the concept of Teams. A ticket is assigned to a team not a tech.
Thank you, this is exactly what I needed.
We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.
We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.

Also, allow custom times. I have found that if you book a client at 2:30 they will be there between 2:30 or 3.
If you book them at 2:35, they are almost always right on time. Allow duration of 25 minutes and 50 minutes, etc.

Hey everyone – we have added the “Sync to QuickBooks Online” bit for beta_testers, if you are not a beta tester currently, you will get this feature in a couple weeks. We are not accepting new beta testers at this time.
For those of you that are beta testers, please visit QuickBooks settings in RepairShopr and select your Accounts Payable account for PO’s to sync to in QB and let us know here in the comments what feedback you have for it!
Please integrate PO's with Parts, inventory and estimates for a natural workflow.
I do an estimate, it's approved, there is a PO, the parts are now on order and then end up in inventory...
These modules are currently too fragmented and need to work together.

Yes please. This is a pain.
I have just added this into my 2 week follow up. It has worked for me. I'm not suggesting they don't complete this feature, I agree with it. The 2 week email with a request for a positive review may be a good work around for you in the meantime.
Really the Parts/Inventory/Purchase Order modules should all integrate. They all relate to each other and having them interface with each other seems like a natural progression.
It would be great to either create a part order from an estimate, or take a part order and put it on the estimate.
