  1. Customer Ownership

    We have an IT director for each of our clients. This basically means that the technician or account manager is directly responsible for everything that has to do with that account. It would be great to set an owner to each customer record. This way you can build in notifications for customers that you own. ie Ticket created by a customer I own, notify me. Right now the only other viable option is to set a notification for ALL tickets that are created, which can get pretty spammy the busier things get.

  2. Location name in ticket list as a field

    Would be very helpful for multiple locations if there was a "Location" heading in the ticket view list. We have 5 locations and adding 2 more soon...would be extremely helpful from a quick dashboard view of tickets to see the location that it corresponds to.

  3. Able to select products in Purchase Order in which to print labels for.

    Half of our items now don't need our labels on it. Therefore a simple Check Box per Line Item, and a Check All at the top, would be great to identify which labels will be printed.

  5. Default reply address always business name rather than individual tech names.

    When a tech updates a ticket and sends a customer a ticket comment the email the customer sees appears to come from the tech. we feel this should always show a default from name ie Business Name and give an option in the comment to show who made the comment.

  6. Make customer automation

    It would be nice to trigger events on specific customer tasks. i.e. When a customer signs up for our monthly service subscription. Trigger welcome email, change their customer type, etc...

  7. Add export in Google format button

    Ads the ability to export the customer database in th mapping that is accepted by Google contacts. This would be a great work around versus programming directly to the Google api and would save time when attempting to move contact information from RS to Google contacts.

  8. Dashboard / Screensaver for RS

    How about making the main screen time out and revert to a live dashboard that refreshes say every minute. Then when a tech/user goes to login to RS it allows that screen to be bypassed and returns to normal. Then times out after a period of time.

  9. Third Party Accounting Integration or Data Transfer

    Integration to accounting software would be awesome. I thought that since there is integration for Zero and Quick Books, there might be an option for a custom report creation to facilitate integration into other accounting packages. I have found a company who can transfer csv files to Simply Accounting, however the required data is in several reports. With custom reporting the required fields could be selected to form a report to make ready for the 3rd party program, integration and/or transfer of data could be almost seamless.

  10. Please enable copy text on a "Purchase order" page

    When there is a purchase order created the copy text feature is
    disabled on that page. I can't click on the individual items on the list
    and open it in another tab, also I can't copy the name of it.
    Using the purchase order without these (at least one of them) on almost
    the daily basis makes it difficult to manage. Every time when I have to
    check a part what is the reason that is on the list, I have to manually
    open another tab and type it in.

  11. Paid Invoices Make Comment on Ticket

    Hey guys,

    I love that when an Invoice is emailed it updates the ticket, but can we please also get it to update the ticket when the Invoice is Partially or Fully paid? Would really help. Fully paid especially. Would even be cool if the invoiced status button at the top had a marker that showed when each invoice was paid.

    Heck though, just having the comment would be great.

  12. Outgoing Caller ID - phone integration

    Incoming caller ID integration exists and logs into the ticket and customer communications logs. Why not outgoing caller ID logging? If a technican calls a customer, it should be logged into the communications log as well. This could be especially useful for situations where there is a question of whether a ticket or support request had not been responded to. Perhaps it could reference extension number to a particular technician in RepairShopr?

  13. Form Signature Needs to Fill Container

    The form signature field is a bit small on forms when working on a mobile device. The container is large in comparison, especially when on a larger tablet.
    It would be nice if the signature box filled this container so no matter what size screen you are on, it will fill the available space.
    Currently we override zooming on pages and manually zoom the signature field to make it larger for customers to sign. If it simply filed the container it is in, this would not be necessary.

  14. Unlock API

    I was just taking a look at a demo. One thing that I have found very useful is he has added a simple API integration for your unlock code supplier.
    I just tell the system, through settings, what type of API it is, my account and the API key and voila!
    Now, when I want to sell an unlock I just search the unlock service as I would if I were on our unlock code suppliers site, add it and it automatically submits it with the IMEI I have recorded on the customers ticket.

  15. Add "Last Quarter" to the SALES TAX REPORT

    In the US, we pay quarterly sales tax in the month following the end of the quarter. So, it would be great to have the option of selecting "Last Quarter" on the SALES TAX REPORT so that I do not have to enter in a custom range each time.

  16. Allow Admins to remove saved ticket lists

    Sometimes our saved ticket searches need a clean out. As an admin there is no way to delete searches created by other users.

    It would be great is admins or global admins can delete searches created by anyone.

  18. Allow KEYWORD SEARCH and show LOCATION in Estimates the same as Invoices

    Need to be able to search for keywords or line item names in Estimates the same way as Invoices. Right now Estimates list the item DESCRIPTION instead of the item SHORTNAME. Also, it would be nice to have a "Location" column. And for whatever reason, Estimates have a "User" column whereas Invoices do not. Really, both of these modules should function similar to one another...

  19. UPDATE TICKET STATUS

    When you add all the charged from the ticket, the ticket status should then become 'Invoiced'

    And the Invoice Number should then appear on the ticket!!

  20. Lock-Down Specific Payment Methods by Group Permission

    We have payment methods we only want our managers to be able to use. Everyone can use cash, check or credit. But only managers can use "warranty" or "store credit". Right now we just say "don't use these" but we'd really like it to be more secure. Thanks!
