Add option to Appointment Booking Module to allow time between appointments for single technician
I am a single technician, and I need to allow travel time between appointments. When there is more than 1 technician on staff, this is normally not an issue. So it would be great if, when there is only 1 technician on staff and available, there was an option to DISALLOW customers from scheduling an appointment for X number of minutes following any currently scheduled appointments.

Product tracking feature!
So we use an app called "slice" which automatically tracks products you've purchased simply by scanning your email accounts. We use Amazon, eBay, etc to purchase parts and without entering any data at all to slice, it automatically scans our email account and will give us status updates of our products, such as ETA, delivery, etc. I think this tool would be invaluable with repairshopr for a number of reasons: 1) clients would be able to get automated updates of special ordered items if they choose, and we as techs would be able to go to the parts section and…

on tickets list is there a way to see paid??
we have a paid status and we prefer some customers prepay for our liquid damage services - if we could see the little green checks even though the status changes internally that would REALY help!!!

Clock warning
It would be cool if you could have a popup or email, text etc that could warn you about a running clock.
Also the ability to edit or clear the clock would be good.
The ability to add clocks would be helpful.

Add Source Description to Vendor Profile
It would be nice to have a primary reference note for each vendor in the system. Some vendors have dumb names and it's hard to remember what we use them for. I'd like to make their primary field identify what we use them for - like ABC Manufacturing Inc (Laptop Chargers).

Combine 'Update Type' in ticket comments with ticket 'Status'
In order to provide transparency with the customer, as well as making ticket management easier, wouldn't it make sense to combine these two fields? eg. PC has been fixed, ticket for that job is marked as 'Resolved' and it sends an email/SMS out to the customer notifying them of that, as well as a custom message sent on the technician's behalf.

field jobs info disappears
When hovering over field jobs, the information pop up disappears almost immediately. Would be better if the information stayed up until the mouse was no longer hovering over the appointment.

Quick Email to existing customers
Once in a while we just want to send a quick email message to a customer, but still have it appear through their portal (to be able to track it with their account).
For instance, someone wrote "please update our billing email address to xxxxxx@yyyy.com" on a piece of paper along with their mailed in payment this month. It would be cool to make a quick email in their account that says "Hey. We just updated your email as requested. Thanks!" Without creating a ticket, and still have everyone know that it was taken care of.

Need a open quotation reminder please :)
Please can you guys add the same reminders for quotations as you have for invoices. I want the system to tell customers that we have sent them a quotation and we have not received a go ahead or response on their quotation yet. And that if we have no response in 30 days we will assume that they have abandoned their machine.
Please guys the same as the open invoice reminder but just for quotations.

Easier data entry of Custom Fields
We would like easier data entry of Custom Fields if possible.
Option 1 - Make it so you can change the data in the Additional Information box - specifically the custom fields data/ check/uncheckboxes straight from the ticket screen. Have button to "save changes" in Additional Information box.
Option 2 - Keep as is, to change you must click on 'edit custom fields' but move the 'save' button from the bottom of the list to the window next to Cancel as users keep forgetting to press save as it is out of view at the bottom of the list.

Add part orders to reminders
As a one man army it would be handy if there was an option to turn on that when a part is added to order, it would create a reminder to order it for the customer. I regularly forget to check the parts screen so it would be useful to have this feature.

Field Job/appointments - adding tags for forms
Would be nice to have access to the following tags to add to forms for "field appointments":
Field appointment date and time
Tech allocated to appointment

Allow parts ordered to be auto inserted into Estimates
We know that when an invoice is created any parts ordered are "suggested" and tagged for the ticket.
However we want the same thing to happen for estimates. The reason is because once we make the estimate an invoice (when the work is completed and or when the client pays) we have an automatic invoice sent via email if it is not paid.
We keep things as estimates until the work is complete so that invoices are not auto sent ahead of time, thus pissing customers off when they receive an auto email from us about their invoice could be…

Ticket Stats Report
Hi Guys,
administration/alltimeticket_stats - is an absolutely amazing report.
However I'd love to be able to export this report to HTML or Word or Excel
Could you make this possible?
It'll be great to send this to our employees to motivate them to "Improve" their sales...
For e.g one would assume by myself working in the office would have LESS invoices then a field tech... however for this month.. this isn't the case! - sending the techs this report may help boost there performance... :)

Add Custom Field Filtering to the API
In the customers.json endpoint it should be possible to filter the results by filtering on a custom field.

Display customer number on customer details page and invoices/tickets
Many accounting firms want my customer numbers, which I currently have to pull from the customer details page URL. Please display this on the customer details page, and create a tag for it in invoices, tickets, estimates, and statements

Re-order item list in custom fields
Hi guys,
Custom Field Types already allow us to change the order of the fields, but don't allow us to change to order of the options for each field (in the case of drop down items). Can you please add the buttons to re-arrange items for drop downs?
