Add an "In-Stock" Search Filter for Inventory
It'd be nice to have the option to filter the inventory list for part that have a quantity greater than 0.
So you could search for "network switch" and only show network switches that you currently have in stock.

On the Customer Detail where you have Communication Log but only shows outgoing mail not incomming mail. That would help to have in and out

Canned response in mobile app
It would be VERY helpful to be able to have canned responses available when working tickets in the mobile app.

Add equivelant items to Estimates that exist for invoice templates
Invoices allow templates with No-Tax, or use CSS to hide specific columns. Estimates dont seem to have an equivalent.
Rather than make a new template, it would make much more sense if Estimates and Invoices used the same {{}} codes for their items, or at least had like-for-like equivalents.

Rearrance invoice columns
How can I rearrange the invoice columns? I want Quantity before Unit Cost so my guys in the warehouse can see Item#, Desc, Quantity more easily and just ignore the last two columns Unit Cost and Line Total. I went into the template source but it only rearranges the headers and not the line items.
Alternatively, some kind of packing list would be great that has its own template and prints just Item#, Desc, and Quantity (and maybe even "Location")

More information in contact area
It would be great if within the contacts area a POSITION (owner, manager,etc) and a general NOTE area could be added as contact fields. We deal as I'm sure others do, with multiple contacts and knowing their position within the company would be great!

Enter a colour option in the inventory.
In my case its for mobile phone screen and chassis colouring. It will help keep better track of my inventory but more specifically it will help customers in the web intergration to choose which item they want to purchase for repair.

Change ticket charge amounts in app
I use an iPhone and I'm trying to use the app. I make a ticket, tried to charge, and I can't change the values of each items unless I've added it in my inventory! Can't use the app! Need to have the amounts adjustable IN APP!

Adding a Parts field.
Adding a field on the Ticket Detail screen for scanning/looking up items and adding charges without having to navigate away from the page or deal with a popup box.

Worksheet large textbox/memo field
I have a worksheet which is a data transfer checklist on a computer repair, most options are tick boxes, but the last needs to be a "notes" field for any further data to transfer than arnt covered by the tick boxes. I know I can use a text field, but the visible area on the screen is tiny. Could you add a memo field which can hold more data and be more visible on the screen.

When you take a payment using the app on an invoiced ticket.
Automatically Close the ticket when it is invoiced and you take a payment through the app. Instead each time I get an email LATER to do it.

Retain attachment file name
Currently when you download an attachment from a ticket, it saves with a name like "RackMultipart20170206-17-e6n69t.pdf". The correct file name is shown in the ticket, so why can't that be retained when downloading it?
