  1. Missing "Credits" Field on Invoice - Only shows MISC credits - Where is the other?!?!?!?

    MISSING FIELD - We can't show credits on the invoice or see actual credits anywhere on the client account. I thought we could see this before... its gone now? Currently, only MISC credits can be shown on the invoice.

    Please fix asap - Right Meow Meow~ :)

  2. Work Flow Optimization

    Key updates that our team believes will increase work flow, also please advise if these can be done on just our account, if not everybodys, since they makes sense to do...

    • capitalize first last auto when creating a customer
    • remove work approved to proceed when creating a ticket (our team does not use this option so for us it is redundant)
    • sort tickets by status default when clicking tickets (not grouped by; looks different)
    • fix searches on invoices not showing results properly (ex. we type last name nothing shows, if we type first it does but there is obviously always…

    Have the ability to see who or how many opens / Link tracking? This would give us the ability to see what type of campaigns are more successful than others.

  5. Add the Teamviewer/TakeControl shortcut to the GFI Alerts screen

    Can you please add a Teamviewer/Takecontrol button to the GFI Alerts screen? -- Similar to the GFI/Take Control button on each of the assets.

    This will allow us to investigate the problem immediately and then decide whether to raise a ticket or not.

  7. Show subscriptions when a new ticket is created, on the ticket, and when a customer is accessed

    I would love to be able to see that a customer has a subscription or a "Service Plan" while creating a ticket, In the ticket itself, and when I just pull the customer up. This would make knowing what customers have paid for service plans so much easier, Knowing when the customer needs to be invoices, or when the scope of work is inside their plan, etc.

  8. Re-arrange drawer count fields

    When we go to count the drawer, we start from the biggest bills first, working our way down. However, to count in RS the TAB order is lowest to top. Not huge deal, but a pain in the butt.

  10. reporting

    Instead of trying to sell us add on's like DOMO how about repairshopr get it's act together and give us some meaningful reports .. for a starter every report should have an export facility so excel can be used to interpret the data. Basically I have bought into repairshopr and don't see why I should need to pay for an add on that repairshopr should be doing!

    Daniel – Domo has spent many millions of dollars building amazing technology to pull that off. We could have added a report here and there, and would always have people complaining – or – buy domo and integrate.

    Domo was very expensive, we are going to continue losing money on it. We added it for those people that need more powerful reporting because we would never have been able to build something as nice as they have.

    Just like we won’t build accounting, so we integrate QB and Xero.

    In the MSP space there are reporting systems out there that people pay a lot of money to hook into the big PSAs. We were able to accomplish the same type of reporting for a fraction of the price – and we are proud of it.

    The going rate for a reporting system like what we are giving in domo is…

  11. Label PDF button on Products and Inventory Screen

    It would be convenient to have a button on the general Products and Inventory listing rather than having to open the item details and then click on the Label PDF button.

    We are kind of moving toward just doing the product labels on the Purchase Order when you receive product, the more powerful labels will only be there so you can have more data on them.

    Are you using purchase orders?

  12. Worksheet Table

    Can we please get some sort of table for worksheets? For an example, I have a customer with a unit with 4 sensors. I basically have 6 data points (all the same question) that I need to answer 4 times. This makes for many multiple worksheets. If I could make a table with the same 6 questions, but provide a column for each of the 4 sensors to answer the question it would really help a lot in terms of visibility of the data to my customers.

    Changing this for everyone doesn’t sound like an obvious correct thing to do.

  13. Required Customer Fields Small Tweak

    Currently we require that all of our customers provide an email as we deliver invoices and receipts via email.

    However, in the rare occasion that a customer does not have an email or they simply don't want to share it, we need a "fake" email of sorts that we are allowed to enter in the required email field. A default email or something of the like.

    And here's why:
    Since we require an email for creating a new customer, if we have a customer come in that doesn't have one, the manager must then go into the backend of RepairShopr…

    I think you should probably setup a wildcard email for your domain, then you can add emails that are still unique like:

    fake1@mydomain.com
    fake2@mydomain.com

    etc

    If the email says “fake” in it – we won’t actually send the email, but we don’t want an accidental email going to a real domain – like gmail/aol/etc – that can get you blocked from emailing.

    It would be easy to search your database for “yourdomain” and see everyone that provided no email..

  14. More Robust Contact Management (Vendors / Customers / Contactors / etc)

    It would be nice if there was a "Contacts" section that stored your Vendors / Customers / Contactors / etc. I would just like to see more options for keeping track of relationships with much more than just customers!

  16. Add purchase orders to logistics

    Just something to add to the non-critical list. It would be great to have a more intuitive PO module. POs are actually logistics and should show on that screen too. Also, it would be nice to have a place to add tracking numbers and links. PO's should have a link to the vendor's profile. Basically, the whole vendor/PO system should have a make-over. They are related and should be re-built around each other and link to each other. When everything else is done, of course ;)

    A PO make-over is up soon once serialized inventory is live. Hope to include some of these aspects in that pass!

  17. Would be great to add comments to any order, parts order

    Would love to be able to add comments to order, parts orders, ect.. Ideally it would also be nice to specify how we pay for items. Love the new purchase order entry. Great job.

  18. Parts Order Tracker

    This is a very useful tool especially for companies placing unique PO's all the time. Once I view completed items can you please insert a button so that I can return to Parts Order Tracker Main Page? Also Once the part is in could there be away to auto update the ticket?

  19. purchase order re-order lists populated from product categories

    When creating a purchase order, you can populate a list of low stock items from all stock or from a specific supplier. It would be very useful to be able to select a product category or several categories even. For instance i purchase inks from 3 different suppliers, the winning order generally goes to who ever has the best pricing and the most items in stock.

  20. Allow Rearranging of Dashboard Tickets

    It would be incredibly helpful for me to be able to arrange tickets how I want (prioritize tickets) so that while I'm out of the office the tech's working at the shop have a better idea of where to prioritize.
