  1. Stock take report

    The new Stock Take application is good start, but having the ability to export the report generated is essential to monthly reporting. Being able to take the items missing from inventory and find out the total variance, total variance cost, and make that information available to owners and board members would allow it to be truly useful from a business perspective. Essentially it will work fine for the small time shop, but anything bigger and it doesn't hold up.

  2. Notes about Clients

    I'd like to be able to write notes about a client that would be noticeable when we open up their file/name such as searching for "John Smith" and on the screen that lists his tickets and invoices have a note up top that says "BANNED FROM OUR STORE" or "Great guy!" or whatever. Is this possible?

  3. add all communications to the Communication Log.

    I spoke with Pamela in tech support today. She was lovely. She told me that the Communication Log doesn't have the correspondence that is emailed to the customer when a ticket is updated. I needed that confirmation on a problem I was dealing with recently, but I didn't have it. Luckily, she was able to confirm that one of the later updates that had been sent had been delivered.

    tldr; I want ALL emails/SMS sent from Repairshopr in the Communication Log. Not just some of them.

  4. Solution for mobile techs with no signal/data

    Not sure how it can be done - some form of basic offline android/apple app or a local host web applet but often/nearly all the time I'm on the road I have no data connection. It would be great for me if I could have the basic functionality of booking jobs in/customer details whilst on the road where I have no data connection. Then when I get signal it syncs up.

    If that's a bit too out of scope then maybe a way to simply email in customer details/tickets so that when I have no signal it will eventually send…

  5. Get Rid Of Google Cloud Print

    Please get rid of this feature and find something that actually works. We have had nothing but problems since day 1. Sure, there may be a week or two that will go by without any issues, but then, we will have nothing but problems. Please find some other way to support printing.

  7. Allow Client To Save Credit Card For Recurring Invoice / Billing

    When a client or customer receives a recurring invoice...give the option to save the cc for future payments. A checkbox in bold letters "Save this credit card (with payment provider) for future automatic payments" will automatically save it on file with Stripe or Authorize.net

    We’ve had stored credit cards for a very long time, we can’t do them at the same time you process a payment due to technical limitations, but you can add a stored card on the customer detail page and use that for one-off payments or recurring invoices.

  8. Allow bulk edits of Vendor skus

    I am assuming this is coming for every vendor in the app center but the ability to bulk edit vendor sku would be helpful.

  9. Create a Repairshopr Forum

    The new ifixit pro talk forum is an awesome way to communicate about many things. It would be awesome to either have a Repairshopr subforum or just have our own. I like posting ideas and emailing the amazing support team about questions but sometimes being able to talk about best practices and other ideas would be better served in a forum of some sort.

  10. Cancel button on tickets (all in one solution)

    I am curious if this may even already be possible inside the current system.
    What I am after is having an all in one button that marks the ticket to resolved and/or completed and checks the box; "Job Cancelled (will not trigger Marketr)"

    The implementation of that check box always felt like a (for lack of a better word) weird way of accomplishing that.

  11. POS add customer

    When we have new customers come in the door, and they purchase an inventory item, we currently have to go back to the Customer screen to add them, then go back to the POS and start over. It would be nice to be able to add the customer during a sale.

  12. Add Customer Purchases to Customer Profiles

    It would be very helpful to see the customer purchases we have done with customers in their profiles. Since it always requires a customer profile to process a customer purchase this would be helpful. It would also lessen those times where we have customer profiles that seem to not have any transactions.

  13. Sort options for contract manager

    We use contract manager to keep track of MSP renews for customers who don't pay automatically each month. It works great except we have to hunt the list to find the dates that are expiring. If there was a sort order by date that could put the ones expiring first on top it would be very, very convenient!

  15. Allow automatic e-mailing of receipts

    It would be nice to have the option to skip receipt printing and directly e-mail the customer a receipt after payment is accepted. Furthermore, I would like the ability to automatically e-mail a receipt for subscription and recurring invoice payments. Currently you can only automatically send an invoice.

  16. DOMO KPI Capabilities?

    Hi Guys! Just watched the DOMO integration video and have to say it looks GREAT. One unanswered capability however was its ability to capture and display KPI's by day/month/year/customer/client.

    The key KPI's I am personally interested in are as follows:

    Repair Turnaround Time (TAT): Measured from ticket Ticket Raised to Ticket Completed in days/hours.

    Long Term Pending (LTP): Number or percentage of tickets that are open longer than a set amount of time (for example 3 days).

    Average Cost of Repair (ACR): per day/month/year/customer.

    Repeat Repair Rate (RRR): Percentage of repairs booked within 90 days of original repair being completed…

  17. Auto Replenish Prepaid Hours

    It would be nice if prepaid hours could reset each month (if specified). With my MSP clients they get a certain # of Hours per month that doesn't carry over. Similar to cell phone minutes work for example, each month you get a new allotment to use. If you go over, you pay more, if you don't use them, you lose them.

    There are some controls on the Recurring Invoice Template that allow you to reset to 0 – yep.

  18. Integrate Kabuto More

    You should be able to complete most Kabuto tasks from repairshopr.

    You should have widgets too so on the dashboard you can see Kabuto notifications and stats.

  20. Having the ability to inventory cracked screens so they can be refurbished or sold in the future

    For example if we do a repair on an iphone 6 plus screen assembly, the customers original part is still good for recycle or refurbish there should be a way to inventory these items right away giving us better insight into our profits.
