Issue Type as Filter
Would be nice to have 'Issue Type' as aa filter option on the 'Ticket' page. Seem to have everything except this.

Ditto, we use Ticket Issue Type for warranty and non-warranty repairs. I need to do a search for all warranty type.

I agree. This would also be needed for some added automations. Untimely we need a way to Apply macros to incoming tickets in an fully automated way and being able to search for Issue Type will be needed as well as search for subject line contents and ticket contents.
