RS App - button to link-to customer 'web' profile
Using the RS mobile view to search for customers is somewhat tricky at times. The new RS App however makes it extremely quick and efficient... problem is, being it's still limited with functionalities, there's much that needs to still take place from the webpage side. (Which is understandable)
So suggestion; add a 'Button' in the App, that'll open a link directly to the client/customer profile via browser. That way we can rely in the mobile App to 'search' and if we can't do the next task via App, we can just link directly to Mobile (repairshopr.com) profile of that given…

Custom appointment type with custom email Template, Add email Template for Custom appointment types
Having custom appointment types is great. It would be much more powerful and useful if we could have an email template that would work with these custom appointment types so you could have custom text for each custom appointment.
Like a sales appointment vs. an on-site visit. Or a sales visit vs. a training session. Each could have it's own text that matched the purpose of the appointment type.
3 votesThis is basically all that the appointment types feature does. This is what it was built for.

Square Integration in Canada
Currently, the integration with square does not work in Canada. We would like to receive mobile payments on-site, too. Please support this ticket!

Worksheet Organization - One Off vs ReUsable
We would really benefit from having one-time use worksheets (for a single client visit/appointment). With this option, we could create a tech, "punch list", which applies only to this particular appointment. Currently, we would need to create a worksheet, which would then sit in the list of worksheets until deleted. This would create a massive list, very quickly.
Ideally, we could create one Worksheet list for One-Time use and another for ReUsable/regular use worksheets.
Anyone else agree? This would be a HUGE asset for our business.

Allow to search Product List by SKU
Being able to search to input parts based off of SKU would be very helpful. Right now, if I enter a SKU into the search box under Product List, no results come up.
1 voteOur search upgrades now support this on the Product List page and in Search All Things.

Alert For Overlapping Appointments
An alert for when a tech is booked for 2 appointments at the same time would be very useful for us. Occasionally 2 appointments are booked at the same time by mistake, and generally isn't found until the appointment time. Sending a message alerting us to this mistake would be great. Thanks!

Stock inventory website integration widget
So I have people from around town, usually people from phone carriers that I've befriended calling at least once a day and asking if I have parts on hand so they can send me a customer. I don't mine talking to them, that's more business! But one of the employees from one of the carriers said I should just send her a list of all my parts I have on hand every day. Although I could do that with reports, that would be kinda challenging every day or so.
I had the idea, what if there was a way to…1 voteI’m going to mark this as complete because you can realistically do this today with our free woocommerce integration on a wordpress site.

Correct rotation of signature sections on IOS.
We use an iPad in the Square stand in our shop, along side a traditional computer. Today, working with my son and daughter, I discovered a frustration they were having on using the iOS app. Specifically, there are a couple of times when the app changes to portrait mode and makes the signature panel completely unusable.
This occurs up on creation of a ticket when the customer is asked to sign, or on accepting a payment (not CC) when it goes to the signature panel.
What happens on these screens is that the screen rotates sideways, but there are no…

Worksheets visible on Client Portal
From what I can see, clients can only see public worksheets if they do "PDF" view. Then the worksheet is buried under the comments. I would like to see it visible on the clients site. I think this would be a good way to keep them updated on where their computer is at in the process.

Customize estimates and invoices
It would be nice if we could delete the "Item" column in the Estimate and Invoice template. We don't want that column. This column contain the part number of our product and we don't want our customers to know what is the part number of the product.
With the part number, people can find easily on Google the product, so the product's price.
5 votesThis is simple to do yourself, you can use CSS to hide a specific column in the table. Here are instructions for hiding the “first” column:
Add this style in the code editor in the area
.invbody-items tr td:first-child { display: none; }
And in the html area delete this:

low stock ordered -take
Subtract the number of items on POs marked as Ordered/Checkin when populating new POs with the low stock button.
For instance I want 5 SSD 250 drives, I
I want to reorder when i'm at 3.
I sell 2 run a PO with low stock and it populates with 2 I place the order with my supplier.
I sell 2 more while that first order is still on it's way, i populate my POs now it's asking for 4.
I order 4 more from my supplier. Now I have 6 coming and 1 left in stock.
I sell 2 more,…4 votesThis should be live.

Make a minor change to Marketr
On the Marketr page, there is an option for a Marketr post that is scheduled for the future to "Send Now". Please make it so that if that button is clicked, it asks for a confirmation. I was planning to send a test email on a newsletter, and clicked that button instead, and sent my newsletter to all my customers. Fortunately, I think the newsletter was finalized, but a confirmation on that button would help avoid embarrassing mistakes in the future,

Ticket Automation - Feature Request
Ticket Automation is awesome! Would it be possible to add the ability to act on and change the priority though?
This way we can automate a few things a little better as far as pushing things up and down in priority. We are currently using Ticket Automation to automatically push tickets to a pending recycle status if we haven't heard from the customer in 30 days. Unfortunately since we cannot specify how statuses sort in the ticket area, I'd love to be able to also set the rule we have to change those recycle tickets to low priority to get…

New Topaz Gemview help reduce paper and input errors
I am willing to send over the new Topaz GemView 7 tablet so we can cut down on paper printing, and input errors.
Vote for this so we can have the topaz gemview tablets save paper clutter.
Sometimes language is a barrier in getting customers information. I know we can use the leads kiosk mode but that even for some grandparents is a task.

4 votesWe shipped an iPad app to be a “POS Second Screen” and also do the signatures.
This should cover this usecase because it shows the terms and conditions and lets them sign.

product bar codes
It would be great to include the vendor PO# on the product bar code label. This would help in processing RMAs by giving the vendor purchase details.

multi items on tickets
customers bring more than one device, could we have multi items on tickets rather than just been able to have one item one ticket.

Single-Use Checklist on Ticket
The new[ish] ticket worksheets are great. However, there are a lot of times when I want to add a quick checklist on a ticket that won't be reused again. Being able to create a checklist in a single ticket would be great. Being able to do more than just checkboxes would be nice, but even just checkboxes would be fine.

Ticket reminders / notification for Stale tickets
I'm trying to solve an issue we have with some tickets getting stale.
It would be nice to have some automated message or email sent to the Tech to remind them they have a ticket that hasn't been touched in a certain amount of time (ideally for ticket that are "waiting on customer, or "in progress" for too long).
It would be nice if we had an option to set a reminder on a ticket. similar to how its done with contracts. (ex. if you are waiting on customer, maybe you'll set a remind to check it in a few…

AutoPrintr Duplex
AutoPrintr does not support duplex printing.
We like to give our customers one piece of paper, the invoice on the front and all the ticket notes on the back. This saves a lot of paper.
We tried overriding on a Brother printer by setting duplex to on in the preferences. We also tried the duplex override via the web interface.
