    Thanks for the votes everyone, we have been watching this thread for a while and are only holding off because this seems like it will have to be a really deep/technical integration to provide the right level of value. It will probably take a ton of development time away from big things like QuickBooks/Xero integrations. We just need to wait for the right time.

    Planned means we want to do it, not that it’s scheduled for a dev to work on yet.

    We just scheduled a few tasks that had 70+ votes, we can’t do this before those.

    We integrated Toggl with RepairShopr so we can use Toggl to track techs tickets time more efficiently. It all works well when it's one user, the problem starts when i add techs to my team under Toggl website. Those newly added techs will not see the existing and new projects the main user can see and use for time tracking. In order for them to see a project i have to edit each project individually and give it an access to my team. That's of course not realistic to do!

    @Troy, Please give us an update.

    Our plan with this is to build a few options to choose from, with minor things able to be enabled/disabled. These aren’t built in a technology that allows us to make an editor though.

    It’s planned, but no estimated time we’ll actually work on it.

    Same here! I agree on that. Just another button to be able to send SMS only that doesn't require to send an email with it.

    We’ll continue to look into ways to do this, right now we didn’t want the required fields on the second tab to trip people up – since they aren’t in view.

    @troy - This is a very important when trying to distinguish between residential, contract, or business customers and i'm sure for many other uses. If not the manager/admin will have to manually go over the customer lists and fix it manually.

    Hi Ryan, thank you for your suggestions, I'm switching to RS in the beginning of 2016 and I see how those missing granular permission levels will be a big pain for me in managing my employees in their different levels of responsibilities. The suggested granular permission levels are crucial for this kind of complete management system.
    Please rush this idea.
