And maybe the ability to name an estimate that shows up both on the printed estimate and in the list of estimates. Naming an invoice would be nice too actually.
As a workaround, I host an SVG on my webserver and use that in my template instead of the RepairShopr hosted logo.
This is totally a no-brainer, except, there are tons of implications. If we allow some HTML, what is the subset? Most of the formatting stuff? colors?
Once colors and sizing is allowed, does that carry through to the mobile view, to the template system?
It would take 5 minutes to put a wysiwyg on the ticket comment – but much much more consideration to do it really well in all the places ticket comments show up.

Ryan, your mockup looks great. Only thing I might add is the ability to specify which technicians to CC instead of just a check box.
And RS, please get on this!
We recently added multiple addresses, more to come.
I also agree that the Business name should not just be an alias of a contact. A business is an entity who's employees may change. And maybe I'll do work for the same employee at a different business if they leave.
Any roadmap plans for any of these ideas.
There should be a "barely started and not really getting anywhere" tag for ideas like this instead of just "started".
Hey Troy, it's been over 3 months since your last update? Any progress?
Yeah, the current system is a pretty big disaster in this area. This sounds like the way to do things.
I think that this is a problem that RepairShopr has with Firefox.
In the meantime, try Google Chrome.
