  1. warn on reply to blank email, or disable reply-to-customer

    We occasionally start tickets for phone-only customers, then reply from ticket without noticing it's going into a black hole. A warning would be handy, or disabling the reply-to-customer box if there's no email for it to go to :-)

  2. Create default appointment on Due Date

    Due Dates are good. Calendars are good. Due Dates and Calendars are greater.

    I would like an option in Ticket Preferences to create a default All Day appointment in the Calendar for that tech on that day.

    So when you're looking at the calendar you know what your time is scheduled for as well as the things that might not have a defined time schedule but are on your plate for that day.

  3. Email dormant customers

    Add the ability to send an email to any customer that has not had an tickets created for a period of time.

    I want to send an email to all customers that have not used us for 12 months.

    I know I can do a blast after 12 months of closing a specific ticket, but this will not achieve the same result as they may have had another open ticket with us.

  5. allow resizing columns everywhere / utilize more screen real-estate.

    I want to be able to see the whole contents of a cell by resizing or at the very least have a tooltip pop showing me the complete contents of the cell - EVERYWHERE.

    A good example of this can be seen in Issue column of the Leads list. E-mails come in and I have to click into each one to see what the issue is rather than just being able to glance.

  6. point of sale items using form

    when using point of sale with form as barcodes do not always work you have to clear complete line before you can reenter item - if this does not work its ends up repeating item and then you have to clear the whole lot and start again as you can not always remove one item as the bin line does not work - very annoying

  7. Generating report options ..

    When generating a report involving any type of sales number information it would be nice to have a drop down option in the report to select if you want the results displayed as "Cash Basis" or "Accrual Basis".

  8. make the open invoices amount show actual amount due (not total of invoices not excluding payments already made)

    Currently the open invoices amount shows the total due from the sum of all open invoices. If a person has a $1000 invoice and has paid $999 of their invoice and just has an open balance of $1, it still counts as if they owe $1000 in that grand total. This leads to skewed numbers when trying to look at your receivables!

  9. Confirm before post

    Please have the app confirm before posting to the public or private comments giving you yet a second opportunity to back out more at it. Sometimes when typing on your keyboard whether you do it fast or slow you can very easily slip up and post before you're done or accidentally posting publically when intended to be done private. It would also be greatly appreciate it if when you tap in the box to type if the screen would adjust so that you could see what you were typing even if it is a pop out window so you can…

  10. Customization

    It would be awesome if I could create a back up of my repair shop or set up so that I may be able to possibly start a new one tweak it see if it works better and if not start over from my back up if this is possible I have no idea how. Also would be nice if I could hire somebody from RS to do a set up or customization

  13. Recurring invoice / contract, option to create invoice 30 days before?

    We have a lot of recurring invoices set up. Many are monthly recurring charges, but we have a fair amount of annual charges. It would be really nice to have an option to generate the invoice 30 days before the contract is set to renew. As it stand now, the invoice (if set for annual) generates on the anniversary date, when technically the invoice is due. We'll then need to wait 30 days for the client to pay, which is actually a month past due. This also goes for Quarterly and bi annual billings.

  14. A daily revenue summary.

    Gross revenue, minus product cost, minus labor cost based on time clock reports, minus sale tax. I would think this would be an easy report to generate.

  15. Construct a flow chart for specific processes

    Construction of flow charts to see all the options during a specific process (like a ticket to invoice) this way it would be easy to see your choices available instead of having to learn what all the buttons do and what options you have when.

  17. You add a Tablet Mode to the POS System

    This would makes everything larger, while the item selection is an OK size for touch screen, the area where it shows total cost, and items is "WAY" to small. Especially the ability to delete single items, even with a mouse I have to click multiple times before it actually catches it. And I am working on a 30 inch screen LOL with it zoomed to look almost like a tablet mode.   18. Parts Order - Ticket Search Improvement

    When ordering a new part that is associated with a customer ticket, you have to use the drop down list to find the ticket. This gets very time consuming as we grow our service work and now have to scroll through all the tickets to find what we are looking for. It would be nice to either have a workflow or Aciton out of the ticket to automatically associate the ticket to the parts New Item, or it would be nice for the tickets field to be searchable like other things in RepairShopr are.   19. Quick Billable Time Entry

    I would like to be able to pull up a customer and have access to a timer similar to the ticket timer for billing them for one-off time services. For example, a customer calls for advice and you end up talking to them for 30 minutes, I don't want to have to create a ticket or invoice or any of that, I would just like to be able to start a timer, assign a category and description and have that billable time entry thrown into the "shopping cart" just like the ticket timer does.

  20. Fix Window On Timer Screen on Mobile Phone

    Any way to fix this box to allow us to use it better on a phone? It drives my techs crazy...

    When you click to type and start typing on your phone the box goes off the screen for the notes and your just guessing if your typing correctly

    Also, you can't get to the options at the right of the window either.
