  2. Set appointments on the road with the RepairShopr Mobile App

    The ability to set an appointment on the RepairShopr app should be integrated. It is a little frustrating having to leave the app and login to the website on my mobile phone to be able to set appointments.

  3. Credit Card Convenience Fee

    As I roll into 2020 and review my previous year, one of my large expenses is credit card processing fees. I've renegotiated my Vantiv contract as well as looked at alternatives. Regardless, I've left over $6,000 on the table in fees.

    I've noted that a lot of my customers and local businesses (restaurants, gift shops, smaller hotels) are all now starting to charge a "Convenience Fee" on credit card transactions to recoup the ever increasing fees that are paid to process the card.

    After a lot of review, there are no Federal restrictions and this is handled on a state…

  4. Being able to mark a invoice as bad debt

    When you have a client that does not pay you need to be able to mark the invoice as bad debt so that the invoice can be closer but accountants can see and tell that the invoice is a bad debt. This will help for tax time as this is a write off. But not being able to mark the invoice makes it extremely hard for accountants to know what's going on with the invoice. Many other CRM's have this functionality. This would be a great feature and I'm sure many will agree.

  5. appointment duration

    Now that appointments have to have a start and end date and time, is it possible to set a default start time and/or default duration?

    For example, almost all of our appointments are 7am starts. And they are also almost always 8 hour shifts. So, could a preference be created that appointments default to a set time (in our case 7am) and run for a default length of time (in our case 8 hours)?

  6. Add Notes or Reason Why the customer declined the estimate

    Adding a pop-up box, when the customer presses the decline button on an estimate from the customer portal. Allowing them to give a reason why they declined the estimate.

  7. Be able to mark up a part or line item by a specific %

    I so badly want to be able to select my line item of 'Parts for Customers', enter the cost of what we paid, and then enter the % of what I want the mark up to be.

    Almost every piece of hardware we order for our customers is unique and custom. We have zero fixed costs as our prices change daily.

    Need an easy way to mark up parts without busting out the calculator.

    This should be a very easy addition! Please add it.

    I sent my customer a ticket reply with a URL to a web site in it. The link was copied straight from my browser, but when the customer received the ticket comment email they called me to ask what I was sending them and if it was safe, because mousing over the link showed that it was taking them to this page, which looks like nothing to do with the original link I pasted, and actually looked like this :

  10. Mark invoice as mailed

    Some of my customers do not accept emailed invoices. We have to snail mail these invoices to them. There should be an option where we can check a box or something where it shows a little icon (let's say orange instead of blue) on the invoice page that shows that the invoice has been mailed. That way I can tell at a glance if I've mailed the invoice or not. I'm not looking for a work-around... I want an actual solution built into the system.

  11. Is it possible to integrate a tax calculator into the software that I can use for accounting and payroll purposes?

    I've found an income tax calculator online https://www.income-tax.co.uk/ that has their API available so I was wondering if there is a way that I can integrate that in with RepairShopr or is that something you would have to do? I would like to have it within the system so I can work out the companies tax for the year as well as employee wages as I do the payroll in house.

  12. Email Template for New Tickets

    This suggestion was found twice already in other suggestions. Both times the suggestions were marked "Completed" but according to RS Support, this is not possible...??

    In my business I offer a pickup and delivery service for computer repair. When a customer calls, I capture their information and create them as a customer in RS, I then use the button "Create Customer and Ticket".
    When a ticket is created this way, I want my customers to be notified that, in fact, a ticket was JUST opened. This way I can write up the New Ticket Email template to cover things like…

  13. Being able to rearrange credentials for a client

    I'd like to be able to drag the different credentials I have added to a client.
    For example workstation username/passwords, I'd like to keep them together so if I add a router log in and the next day I add another new computer I want to be able to drag the router to the bottom of the list.

  14. Add Integration for Zoom Meetings

    We use Zoom for remote meetings and screen sharing. It would be great to have a Zoom option in the "Remote Assistance" section of the tickets, and to be able to generate and send the Zoom links via RS. Thanks!

  15. Pull inventory from another location

    In our shops repair shopr, we have multiple locations for our road guys and our main shops inventory. I would like to request a feature for when adding parts to a ticket in a location that does not have sufficient inventory. When you add the part to the ticket, a pop up would show up and say "Insufficient inventory in this location, pull inventory from another location?" and then it would show inventory in other locations and we could select which location to pull the inventory from instead of having to do a logistics transfer which takes much more time.

  16. Add the option in Contracts Manager to download in CSV

    To be able to download to CSV would be a simple function to add, but it would be useful as there is no option for notes to be added in contracts Manager.

  17. Change appointment times back to 15 minute blocks or give the option to remove minute by minute granularity

    We are now able to set appointments by the minute instead of 1/4 hours. Though maybe some people like this it just adds to the length of time it takes with the customer and is really more of a pain than a help.
    Can you give us the option to change it back so it's in 15 minute increments?

  20. Statements do not show any payments the customer has made

    When I am sending out statements it only shows outstanding invoices and amounts. Customers need to see all payments displayed also.
