Add "Refunded" stamp to invoices with linked refunds
The blue link at the top of the screen saying "This invoice was refunded - reference..." is nice, but why not just have a "Refunded" stamp below the regular "Paid" stamp on the original invoice. Then have just a "Refunded" stamp on the refund-invoice. Just an idea.

Add "Referred By" to View Customer Detail screen
Could you please add the information for Referred By to the View Customer Detail screen? It's really useful information for building customer rapport when the tech can reference how they came to be a client. It would be nice to see this info right on the customer info screen, maybe below the customer's phone and email info on the left?

Allow for changes to items/descriptiom in POS
It would be so handy to be able to change quantities in POS. Eg 10 x cam stacks (instead of clicking the item 10 times and have it appear 10 times on the receipt) and if we could change the description, or add to the description of the item, this would be great too!
1 voteThis can be done either scanning from a barcode and selecting quantity or by creating an invoice which allows editing of the Description. For now we probably won’t surface that in the POS.

Customer Portal Options
In the Customer Portal you currently show Tickets, Invoices, Estimates and Attachments.
I would like to request the option to allow Assets and Contacts to be shown in the Customer Portal... Assets at the very least in read only mode. They're mostly just text versions of documents anyway.
A secondary request would be to have an option to classify certain contacts as "managers" so they could see more data in the customer portal than basic staff. eg: Basic staff are tickets only and attachments or assets that aren't "manager" level, etc.
Also as an aside, the initial customer portal login…
1 voteAssets have been added to the customer portal. We don’t plan to add contacts, but the data contacts can access are set by their Portal User status. If you associate a login with the Admin name, that Portal User can access everything.

How about offering different font sizes for terms and conditions on intake form? Possibly even line spacing?

Add Manual Item
It would be great to have a manual item list that says software. So when adding a manual item and it lists, labor, hardware, depoist, other, can we have the choice of Software?

Hey there- the printers/scanners we link to DO support Mac, the topaz won’t, and there is no device that exists that we can list.
We’ll mark this as complete, as you can currently do everything except the topaz.

Admin: New Ticket Settings
On this screen when entering Ticket Problem Type there should be a way to sort these. This way I can place the most common problems at the top or list them alphabetically. By default there should be an "Other" problem type. When selected a free text dialog box would appear to enter that other problem.

Selecting Assets Page
When a clients company has multiple Assets the current method of choosing the asset is not helpful at all. It would be better to have a list of the assets belonging to the company that shows at a minimum the Asset Name and most importantly the always unique Serial Number so it can be identified easily.
I personally feel this is quite important and needs attention urgently. Perhaps at a later date it could be possible for us to choose which fields are listed when selecting an asset.
Would like to get peoples opinions on this or feedback from RepairShopr.

Add "Check Quantity" to Z-Report
Maybe we're doing this the wrong way, but it's really efficient and easy to balance our cash drawer:
Instead of adding all of the "check total $" values together for the end-of-the-day Z-report, we would like to just have a "total check QUANTITY" box. That way we could just total the NUMBER of checks versus the total dollar amount of them combined.
Because we don't always "drop" the drawer every single night, this is very quick and efficient for tech's to open the drawer the next day and reference how many checks are in the drawer. Also, when techs are…

Merge tickets for invoicing
not sure if this exist, but I dont see how if it does. Have customers that bring me multiple devices at a time. Currently tickets only appear to allow descriptions for single devices, which is how I would want it.
However, if both all devices are completed and picked up at the same time, then there is currently no way to create a singular invoice from multiple tickets.
This would probably also be useful in the request for parent/child relationships as it pertains to billing. In that case the ticket may be created under the child, but the bill may…

Provide the ability to Clone a Campaign in Marketr
In Marketr, it would be nice to be able to clone a previous campaign when creating a new campaign. This will make it easier to create a new campaign and also help provide consistency in the layout etc of campaigns

Is there a way to put a check box on a particular invoice, and if checked, there can be a custom marketr campaign for that invoice? For example, if someone purchases a computer from us, I'd like to put a check on that particular invoice so that in 7 days that person is emailed a particular message.

Better company support
I would like to see where customers can be geared more towards business; currently business you can put in, but if you leave first and last name empty, it shows (empty) . also can we also have a contact name added for said business?

May want to update you footer copyright date.
I am new to this solution and am comparing vendors. I like what I see from you guys, but it doesn't look great when you footer is out of date. Not trying to be a jerk just thought I would let you know as you are probably busy making your product better.

Email communication options to enable/disable in Admin panel
Can you please add options in the admin section to disable the default email notifications for specific alerts? For instance, our techs would prefer to NOT be emailed every single time an estimate is approved, considering they already have a constant visual of their tickets and the dashboard - which both indicate this very well.
I actually prefer to not be emailed at all regarding RS updates. My whole day revolves around keeping a constant status check on ticket replies, estimate approvals, and invoice payments. I generally notice the event before I event get the email relay. It would be…
