  1. Client Google scatter or location Map

    It would be nice, to have a scatter map showing all our clients locations with a pin drop. Printable and with info so you could see Clients by City, clients by County, clients with in 1, 2, 5, 10 miles etc.

    Along with this with this it would be nice to have that data linked to MaailChimp and social media into, and referral sources to see more details about clients and location. Maybe a scatter map in RSr and the combined stats in DOMO.

  2. Expand Cloudberry Integration

    I am looking at migrating customers to Cloudberry, and I really like the integration for invoicing! However - I would like to bill my customers a small amount each month (ie $2.00) to cover the cost of the license of the software, so it would be great if there were a way to include that fixed cost on the Cloudberry Invoice automatically, along with the variable cost that is passed through from Cloudberry.

  3. Show Inventory IN TRANSIT and ON PO in Product Search

    The ability to see inventory across location is super helpful, but there is still no way to see how much qty is "in transit" from a Logistics transfer or "shipping in" from a PO on the location level.

    Right now, when something is in Logistics, it's just null/absent in the qty levels. Like, it doesn't show that you have 12 "in transit", instead it just shows you're missing a qty of 12 "somewhere" and you can't see unless you check Logistics.

    It would be very nice to see "how many" of something is coming in from a PO or Logistics…

  4. allow mentions in slack from the comments fields in repairshopr

    I setup repairshopr notifications to send all hidden comments to slack. then I wanted slack to only notify when I am mentioned. Then techs can simply mention another tech in a comment to get the attention of that tech. There needs to be a way to send a message directly to a tech about a ticket and have it recorded in the notes. this seams like a good answer but slack did not recognize the mention from the comment.

  7. Allow us to EXCLUDE a charge from being put on a recurring invoice

    The automatic addition of charges onto a recurring invoice is really handy. But, I have had situations where we are working on a special project that needs to be billed seperatly, or we are just in the middle of something where we don't want the charges from that specific ticket being included on the recurring invoice. I know we can go into the invoice and disable that feature for this month, but then there are other charges that we DO want included...If we could select and over-ride on a charge by charge basis, or even a ticket by ticket basis,…

    It would be great to be able to have "Payments taken" as one of the line items for the Overview report. That gives a full snapshot of activity taken.

  10. Ticket created if recurring invoice fails

    You can have a ticket created if a subscription fails but not a recurring invoice. It would be nice if all the same options were available for both.

    There could really be a lot more management capabilities for subscriptions and recurring invoices. For example - to view by subscription type, have different subscription types, be able to manage each with different global settings and make it easier to keep track of things.

  11. Bug: Customer Setting: Required Field when creating ALSO Required on Edit

    We're requiring referral on creation of customers. Considering this wasn't always the case we have some customers with no referral type. Due to the limited scope of the referral report this is creating false statistics as we can no longer edit existing customers without the newly required referral type.

    In the meantime I've made a selection called "legacy" but this is just a workaround. At the end of the day, the implementation is poor and I hope bringing it to your attention allows you to address it.

  12. Lock-Down Specific Payment Methods by Group Permission

    We have payment methods we only want our managers to be able to use. Everyone can use cash, check or credit. But only managers can use "warranty" or "store credit". Right now we just say "don't use these" but we'd really like it to be more secure. Thanks!

  13. Allow NON-CURRENCY Payment Methods for ACCOUNTING REPORTS to stay Calculated

    We want to track how much work is "paid" for with payment methods like "WARRANTY COST" and "CONTACTED SUPPORT". This way we can run a report and see how much value we "gave away" in exchange for no money.

    Right now, using these payment methods gets reported as financial income, even though we're not actually getting paid with currency. It throws off accounting reports and is annoying right now.

    The way to fix this would be simply adding a checkbox next to payment methods to "set as non-currency income". Then, payments made with that method would not reflect as income.

  14. Improve Warranty Reporting and Destroy functions.

    There needs to be a way to run a report of upcoming warranty expiration, as well as destroy Expired warranties in bulk. I use this to manage who needs Antivirus renewals and send Marketr emails. I need to be able to quickly and efficeintly destroy warranties so customers do not continue to get AV expired after they have renewed.

    When I destroy a warranty either from a customer page or warranty list, it returns me to page 1 of warranty list and I must navigate back to the page... It is very time consuming. I would love to see a…

  15. Add UPC to Sales Detail Report

    If the UPC field was included in the Sales Detail Report, there would be greater flexibility to create reports for export.

    A UPC is the shortest unique tag. We have created a work around with the "inventory name field", previously was "description", however inventory items with detailed descriptions in this field have caused a conflict with the number of characters allowed by our accounting software.

  16. VOID Invoice + Line Items + Payment TOGETHER and Add Void STAMP

    We had a situation where an inventory item was purchased and returned the same day for a purchase of a different inventory item (different price). The customer paid by credit card, so we had to perform a Void on their payment (since refunds only work after 24 hours - after the payment posts). Performing a Void only voids the payment, but leaves the invoice open with items still unpaid. We don't want to "delete" the invoice, because the transaction /did/ occur. We need a way to Void out the invoice we made with the voided payment, for audit purposes.

    Can you make it on this page https://cyberworks.repairshopr.com/invoices when a user has the ability to view invoices to view a subtotal of the page they are currently on? That way when sorting by total we have a total amount from x customers listed. Makes billing management easier

  18. Place the date updated on the first inventory table

    By placing the last "date updated" on the table when you first bring up the inventory or in search it would tell us when we last updated pricing data on an item. Right now it's a pain because I have to instruct people to call the suppliers every time we quote something that isn't an every day/week sale.

    Having it right in the first table lets us see this without actually clicking on the item, saving us time when talking with the customer on the phone for price checks and things.

  20. Add a feature to sort invoices by customer, as well as item/status

    That would allow for bringing all invoices for the same customer to the top for review.
    In case of the items, all product invoices for instance, could be brought to the top for easier viewing and distributing.
