  1. Add an area for tracking voicemails

    For shops that receive copies of their voicemails in email form with sound-byte attached. It would be nice to direct those emails to Repairshopr to have an area that shows all new voicemails. In this area we should be able to create a ticket directly from it and link it to a customers account.

  2. vendor inventory returns

    Would like to be able to record inventory returns back to vendor. Currently the PO part does not always except negative items. In a pinch, I manually remove the items from inventory, however this is no thread or comment field available to document why the inventory was adjusted.

  3. custom widget

    in the custom widget I would add a description field that would import into the ticket description and also a hidden subject field that you can customize so we can track the lead from what website or webpage if we are using multiple forms. As I will be doing.

    For instance I am setting up a website that will have about five contact forms so it would be nice to change the ticket_subject which goes into the issue field in the leads section to "contact us page or "Dell support page"

  4. Customer Ownership

    We have an IT director for each of our clients. This basically means that the technician or account manager is directly responsible for everything that has to do with that account. It would be great to set an owner to each customer record. This way you can build in notifications for customers that you own. ie Ticket created by a customer I own, notify me. Right now the only other viable option is to set a notification for ALL tickets that are created, which can get pretty spammy the busier things get.

  5. Add punctuation to custom fields

    Add the ability to include punctuation in custom fields types when naming custom fields. (I.e. "has this device been repaired before?)

  6. Add export in Google format button

    Ads the ability to export the customer database in th mapping that is accepted by Google contacts. This would be a great work around versus programming directly to the Google api and would save time when attempting to move contact information from RS to Google contacts.

  7. allow location sharing for status updates.

    One thing I think would be cool is simply being able to update a customer of your ETA or allow tracking. An example would be setting a ticket to "EnRoute" and it sends the technicians real time location and ETA.

  8. Please enable copy text on a "Purchase order" page

    When there is a purchase order created the copy text feature is
    disabled on that page. I can't click on the individual items on the list
    and open it in another tab, also I can't copy the name of it.
    Using the purchase order without these (at least one of them) on almost
    the daily basis makes it difficult to manage. Every time when I have to
    check a part what is the reason that is on the list, I have to manually
    open another tab and type it in.

  9. Inventory and Purchase order Issues and necessary update

    Hey guys, a few issues we are experiencing:

    Adding another button to the purchase order is necessary:

    Add All Low Stock Items by this Vendor (not on a previous PO yet)

    We place purchase orders before the previous one would arrive, so every time we have to manually remove the items on the new purchase order that are on the older purchase order that hasn't arrived yet.

    Alphabetical sequence is necessary: The sequence of the items on the purchase order is mess at the moment. Also when I check in parts using the purchase order, every time when I check…

    Would like to see a "Dashboard" interface that would be customizable to each employee/sales person as well as a company wide dashboard (for sales, cost/revenue/profit, tickets, etc).   12. Estimate Total

    On the ticket page, add/view charges, the estimate total is of all charges whether paid or not. I would like it changed to only unpaid charges estimate total or added as another total with only unpaid charges in the number. Currently, the estimate total confuses employees and we can not give an accurate estimate to customer with multiple payments made to the ticket without bringing a calculator to subtract the paid payment. Hinders productivity and sales.

  15. Appointment calendar for client drop off/pickup

    Would be great to be able to have the ticket allow a calendar event for a client pickup or drop off of equipment. I work by appointment only so this would be very helpful.

    To be clear, also send a calendar invite to the client so it will add it to common calendars like outlook, google, ect.

  16. customer listing - email hyperlink

    Seems to me that the EMAIL column should hyperlink to a mailto:emailaddress@ to launch the default email client (outlook, etc.)

    The phone column works as expected “hooked” - but emails should always allow for direct emailing.

  17. customer alerts - pop-ups

    I created 2 Alerts - it works, but not as I’d expect... not clean

    I was thinking it would show 2 separate pop-ups. there is no spacing, and no description

    this can stay a single Pop-up.. but it should be listed – not crammed together in a single line

    maybe something like the example below.. allow up to 5 spaced messages (Title and Data) ?

  19. Custom Fields and Thumbnail icons

    sure would be nice if the Thumbnails in the Customer Info could allow for HOVER description for easy reference as to what these icons are associated.

    for instance (below) the Search Icon (magnifying glass) indicates Managed Service Plan (custom fields) 0 while the Cloud w/ Up-Arrow indicates Cloud Backup - and the Thumbs-up indicates Malwarebytes Lifetime.

    also why not allow the List of Customer Custom Fields show the icon in one of the columns ?

    More visible reference would help.

  20. Link to invoice created in ticket comments

    Currently, there is no way to get to an invoice linked to a ticket from the ticket itself. Is it possible to create a comment (or hidden comment) with a link to the invoice when its created?

    We are set up as an MSP shop type, so we don't have the workflow window at the top, middle of the ticket where this would normally show the invoice. (picking the MSP type was the only way to remove the workflow window form the customer portal.)
