  1. Add product description to both the Purchases and Sales - Xero integration

    At present when creating a product in RepairShopr it creates the the product in Xero, however it only adds the desription to the Sales section not the purchases section.
    When entering the purchase bill into Xero and adding the product as a line item in Xero there is no description.

  2. Addition to Estimate Net Margin update on 8/11/17

    Glad we added net margin to the estimate but few quick fixes are requested.

    1.) Can we add Margin Percent to the line or an additional line for it? Have percentage points on system we try to hit and the math is easy but annoying to do every time.

    2.) Have a 2nd option to allow for a button you have to click to show the net profit or net margin, Our screens are view able as we go over each part with the customer, so they can see everything we see. Need to be able to hide it.

  3. Inventory custom search needed

    Hello,

    It would be nice to be able to do custom inventory search, where we can exclude terms or search for a specific item. For example, If I am searching for iPhone 6 but not 6s, it would be very efficient to do -6s so the search will only show iPhone 6 but not 6s.
    Hopefully, this will be implemented soon.

  4. Show method of payment on Invoice List

    I spend a lot of time in the Invoice List reconciling "Paid" vs "Took Payment". I am having to click into the reference number often to see how the customer paid so I can back check it. Thanks much. :)

  5. Asset Creation in New ticket window.

    I may be missing something obvious, but when you create a ticket, the best way to keep track of what customers have what devices is with Assets. The problem with adding an asset to a customer account during ticket creation is that there are several additional steps needed to do so; click the Asset box, click Create Asset, that opens a small window, select the custom asset type that was previously created by the Admin, hope the customer asset type has the correct information entry boxes, then fill in the information.

  6. Ticket Cloning for Same Concern with Multiple Customers.

    I have multiple clients with the same request, how do I make multiple tickets with the same title but with different clients. I have asked support regarding my request and there's no cloning ticket feature as of yet.

  7. Integrate google maps route planning.

    I have a client who I was referring your product to, and they asked a good question, which was can the system setup route planning for the day's tasks? Their business has many repeat scheduled services with a day the service needs to be done, not really a time in that day, so the to do list of that days tickets will come up, but then they would be required to use a 3rd party to do route planning and that would require manually typing, for example 20 addresses.

  9. Show ticket comments on estimates and invoices

    When a service technician adds ticket comments with the subject of Diagnosis, those comments should print on the Estimate so the customer can see what was found during the troubleshooting and what the proposed correction is.

    The same with the comments made on the ticket with the Complete status, that should print on the invoice so the customer can see exactly what work was performed.

  10. inventory new item

    When adding new items in the inventory module it would be nice if there was an option to add the existing item and start a new item to be added. At the moment you have to click again on inventory which is just time consuming (especially when you are entering your stock for the first time)

  11. Email Template for Paid /recurring invoice to be emailed automatically.

    This feature is so needed especially on the the recurring auto-pay clients, they can get the copy of the paid invoices also the customer should not have to login to the portal to view or print.

  12. Google Maps section in Customer Profile

    It would be nice to have a Google Maps applet in the Customer Profile, showing where the client is situated, rather than a link. Also, I found that the longitude and latitude are somehow not accurate, so it would be nice to be able to edit the map location from within the customer profile as well, rather than just from the CSV import.

  13. Tickets Section - Android App

    There's a lot of wasted space in the ticket list on the android app. If you have lots of tickets it becomes endless scrolling, could do better with a more compact design. The fields showing the ticket number and customer's name are way too big, same for the field showing the status of the ticket.

  15. Give the AutoPrintr icon some kind of background please.

    The default background for many setups is white and your icon dissapears in the system tray. Ive been trying to troubleshoot why it was broken for a few hours. Its just invisible, if i right click on the spot where it should be in the system its there.

  16. AutoPrintr Tweaks

    The white logo is invisible in the system tray, should have a drop shadow or other background.

    When AutoPrintr is being used there should be at least a colored dot somewhere that reports back to the user ANY kind of diagnostic info. A simple yes/no there is a PC logged into the account with AutoPrinwould help. Even better would be a stoplight kind of status light.

  17. automatically hide older closed tickets on customer portal

    I have a customer that uses the customer portal for sending me tickets. This is a public library and they end up sending me alot of requests. They are telling me that the list is getting very large. Would love to see it hide closed tickets.

  18. Products inventory, change the number if items displayed in list

    Option to change the number of items returned in a category from the default of 25 to some custom or pre-set number. Great if needing to re-organize product categories where there are hundreds to potentially thousands of products in a category needing to be changed or subcategorized. This would speed up bulk actions of changing hundreds or more items at once.

  19. Treat Parts Orders like Tickets

    Could the Parts Ordering section be a complete interactive section and in essence be treated like a simplified Tickets module?

    To elaborate...
    Tickets has sections for updates and responses from customers and technicians. But currently the Parts section is just a basic field tracker. If Parts had categorical updates and a way for emails to be formatted and sent to Vendors / Manufacturers. Then their responses could be logged to the Parts section in the way that Customer can respond to Tickets.

    Right now, when I use the Parts section to make a special part order, I still have to…
