Intake and Completion Signature Box Pop Up
As per a previous discussion, we feel that there are opportunities to miss out signing both jobs in and out of RS.
One way to fix would be to make it a required entry, or better still, force a pop up box requesting you to take the signature. This would happen after clicking a CONFIRM TICKET button, and then just before TAKE PAYMENT at the Invoice stage.

Fix bug which prevents changing customer on invoice
When attempting to change the customer on an invoice that I have just created, instead of changing the customer it adds a separate box for "Ticket Customer (job)" even though there is no repair ticket on it and additionally it still shows the original customer selection in both boxes.

Add search option for the inventory screen to organize the items by the order they were added into inventory.
I need to be able to search for items by the order that they were added into the system so we can keep track of them better.

Email Low inventory for Items Add existing quantity and desired.
This would add function value to it if we could visualize the existing quantity and desired on the same line for each product, so from the same email we can whet your orders without having to enter ever each item to see how much we have and how we that sort.

Name and caption for custom field
It would be a great idea to distinguish the name and the caption for custom fields. I'm using the API and I'd like to receive the name of the custom field instead the display string. The caption could have white-spaces and could change.

Pending Orders Inventory Code/Sku
Pending Orders/shopping list is great, however for those of us who use inventory codes, it would be helpful to not have to cross reference the inventory description to our inventory code to place the orders.

If the on-screen column headings could be locked, when you scroll down a report you still know what the column details are.

Initiate a New Check In from within an existing ticket
Sometimes I create a ticket troubleshooting a problem with a phone (maybe a support phone call). Then find out it is likely a hardware issue and need to start a Check In.

Time clock
IDK call me crazy, but I why cant the techs sign their time clock sheets with the signature pad??? Paperless time sheets??? YEP!

movable boxes
I'd really like to be able to rearrange the boxes on any given screen. such as looking at a certain ticket or invocie. I'd like to bable to click a crosshair and move customer info box down to the bottom for instance. Making them all editable and then a button that saves that setup as default would be nice.

View Customer Detail - Tickets Widget display Due Date
I am interested in seeing the Customer's ticket due date along side or instead of the ticket create date on the View Customer Detail page.
When reviewing a customer it is helpful to know when the next service or scheduled ticket is due.

Leads section ideas
love the Leads section! this wasn't there last time I tried the program.
Leads area needs a canned messages button.
Also needs a create invoice button.
and add to invoice button.

New Payment Method For Zero $ Invoices Only
We would like the ability to create a new Payment Method for Warranty work that is only allowed to be applied to zero balance invoices. Currently when a new Payment Method is created, it can be used for any dollar amount invoice marking it as paid. We would like to eliminate any possibility of having the user accidentally use this payment method for any invoice that has a balance due.

Ticket - add the average amount of tickets completed per day
On the Tickets page - would be a really good incentive to see the average amount of tickets completed per day plus last months average per day

It would be cool if for password fields we could have them erase when the ticket was closed!

Non-invoice email going to the "invoice email" address (it should not)
When using the "invoice email" field on invoices, it causes ALL email to get CC'ed to that address. I thought the point of this field was to send JUST the invoice to it? There is already a CC notification field under a customer, so why does the invoice CC also do this? Seems to be not working as intended?
I can't have all the notifications going to this second address as it's only supposed to get invoices and nothing else.

Savings Report
It would be nice to be able to show the customer how much we have saved them through discounts over a particular time period. This should be added to the sales reports as well as statements.

Hidden Invoice line item - that still gives the cost
So we Invoice as eg Iphone 5s Screen Replacement.
in the bundle we have the screen as a item.it needs to be hidden . but i want to ability to add how many were used -
so the cost goes against the job so we know if it was a lost.....its a little confusing. i know we can alter the bundle when creating it -
but generally we just want to sell the job as the line item on the invoice
- but have the cost and inventory item in there too like a hidden line item.perhaps…

Match formatting of Ticket Comments to Email Sent Internally
Currently, ticket comments that are emailed internally lose formatting and appear as a single line comment (without any line breaks, etc.). Can you please maintain ticket comment formatting as it appears on the RepairShopr web portal, under Ticket Comments?
