    Well it looks like nothing will come up from this idea but while I am here I would like to add that the ability to manually organize tickets up and down on the list (thus creating a priority starting from the top) would integrate well with this idea.

    I know you can create an inventory item that will remove or lower the invoice total when adding it as a line item which can also be printed and physically handed to the customer but its not quite the same. I imagine a coupon system that can be customized to have an expiration data and can only be used for certain services like perhaps labor.

    A communication log for each customer would be perfect and does not need to be complex. A simple empty field to type when and why the customer called. An easy way to see all "touches" at a glance like someone else mentioned without having to create a ticket each time.

    Can you just sign up for a free surveymonkey account and put the link in a Marketr campaign?

    My feeling is this already works, and we probably don’t need to build anything

    I can see this is an old idea but I want to add that surveymonkey has its limitations. When integrating a survey similar to MarketR like in the suggestion, we can receive results that can be tracked and acknowledged in the reports section (or perhaps DOMO?). This can also serve as an opportunity for the customer to verify/update their personal information which can be updated in real time and track their experience (is it getting better or worse over time?)

    This thread seems to be talking about different things – so I need to get clarification if possible.

    When you comment on this thread please state if you want “gift certificate support”, meaning a template to print them or something, and maybe a way to track the balance – OR -

    “gift card support via Vantiv” where you have to buy magstripe cards with your design, have a Vantiv account, and deal with loading / checking balances / and the regulation that goes along with being required to allow people to cash out/etc.

    We can refer to these as “basic gift certificates” or “magstripe gift cards” in the comments.

    Feel free to say you want both! :)

    The Vantiv “gift card support” is a fairly large project that we would need to see a lot of votes to get going.

    A basic gift certificate tracking system might be simpler and…

    We are seriously considering this, potentially could get looked at closer this summer. Nothing imminent, but we are interested.

    For IT Pros/MSPs you can now set override prices per customer via a contract. The rest of this might take a bit longer
