    Hey everyone, we have a asset creation tool that APi's directly to Repairshopr. We made this because most of our work is via remote connection and getting the serial number is not as easy as flipping it over. However, if the computer does boot, you can use this tool to inject the customer asset into the ticket on the front counter.     We simply use the serial or service tag as the unique identifier.

    I almost posted this same subject... I see its an old request, so any updates on if this is being worked on?

    I hate that it current doesn't show the linked invoice to a ticket that is sharing an invoice with another. I current put a comment in saying that charges are on invoice #XXXXX... or something of that sort, but having the progress area show green with the linked invoice would be perfect.

    If that link doesn't work, check under templates, and when you click edit the variables show on the left

    So did anyone ever get this to work or has it been planned to be worked on or did Troy find it won't ever work?

    Forgive me if the answer is in here already, I glanced through the comments and didn't see an exact solution, I did see that Ryan had a solution of sorts,

    We just moved from vonage to freepbx with twilio SIP and messenger... inbound works awesome, can't get outbound to work.

    Let me know...
