  2. Set an option to export Return Requests

    In our stores, we send returns to a 'Returns' location to be processed by a staff member. He then places stock into the returns manager based on supplier. If we were able to export an RMA request as a CSV and include an option to add a fault to each product.

  3. Make a reporting feature to show number of items per invoice

    This would help to see how effective we are at upselling accessories. We have a goal of averaging 1.5 items per invoice, but it is currently too hard to track.

  4. option to disable stale tickets

    We trigger everything on due dates. Stale tickets are not meaningful as we have tickets created days or weeks in advance of when they are due.
    The ability to disable stale tickets in the ticket view (not the dashboard) would be helpful. Even better would be if all the color customizations available in the new dashboard were also available in the ticket view.

  6. Create the ability to merge invoices

    I would love the ability to merge multiple invoices from one ticket together, instead of sending the client a "crap load" of invoices for one job. This would be so gr8!

  7. Can't Add Existing Asset To Ticket

    With the new layout for the Tickets, there is no option to select an asset that is already in the system for that costumer. The only way we can find the asset is by typing in the name but this does not always work. Some costumers have multiple computers of the same model so we wouldn't be able to see the serial number until we selected one and then we'd have to clear out the asset we chose and try and find the correct one making more work for us. There is also the possibility that someone spelled the name…

  8. Customer Module

    I think it would be nice to either be able to break out Customer and Company. or at least be able to have different fields for them. That was I don't have to try and sort by email address when trying to find a certain customer within a company.

    None of your support options are working, I tried using the "request help" feature in AutoPrintr and it does nothing. I come here to the "Help Center" click "Contact support" it does absolutely nothing. I am having issues with AutoPrintr, my computer didn't respond well to the 2.0 updates so I have been using AutoPrintr 1.0 for over a year just fine. Suddenly it no longer works, fresh installs do nothing. I try to update to the latest version. It never works no matter which version I install.   16. drop down menus in the invoice section "ADD FROM INVENTORY" (NOT the add manual item)

    On the invoices in the ADD FROM INVENTORY section you can type the item your looking for which is fine for general purpose, but if you have a common named item with 100 or so variations of that item, you have to scroll forever to find the one you want. So why not enter the item name, then have a drop down menu(s) to select a variation, and it have the ability to add additional drop menus if further variation selection is needed.

    for ex.:

    search bar --- main Jet
    drop menu 1 --- mikuni or drop menu 2 ---…

  17. Beta Needs Multiple Estimates Listed on Ticket

    In the Beta version, estimates on a specific ticket show up as a bubble when the mouse cursor hovers over the word "linked", but you can't click on each individual estimate - it only clicks on one if you click the bubble.

  20. Marketr by Invoice Item

    It would be very useful to be able to only send marketr emails to customers who purchased a specific invoice item.

    For example, if sold a "Virus removal" item they will be emailed in a year to remind them to get their computer checked out again
