Create a Repairshopr Forum
The new ifixit pro talk forum is an awesome way to communicate about many things. It would be awesome to either have a Repairshopr subforum or just have our own. I like posting ideas and emailing the amazing support team about questions but sometimes being able to talk about best practices and other ideas would be better served in a forum of some sort.
The private Facebook group has been a great solution for this.

A forum would be fantastic! There are a lot of questions that could be answered by fellow users that have already been through the learning and customization process. I am not excited about a pay-for-live chat premium fee when I need to get an issue resolved quickly. Normally, my first route would be to ask a question in a forum. If I don't get great feedback quickly, then I proceed to getting assistance from tech support directly.

@Chuck Thanks for the heads up. I thought I had the settings turned on but apparently not. If people decide to use the board I will do daily maintenance for spam. Also I added a few posts

Hey kevin the forum is getting spammed :) May be a good idea to put together some captcha/spam filtering.

Sounds good Kevin!
I'll see if my team and I can add some value to it :)

I spoke with Robert and he said it may be something on their list in the future but not until there is the correct demand for it. Like I said it is just something I put together in my spare time. I will post some content to it pretty soon and hopefully a few other members do also.
When Repairshopr does come out with its own portal for this hopefully we can import any content from this site!

It may be a little early for this Kevin but I really like the idea! RS is growing quickly so I can see some great use for it soon!
May be the best to have the RS team host this and get it implemented. I'd check with Troy and Robert and see what they say~
GREAT IDEA THOUGH!

@mathew The site is just something I put together on my spare time. Everyone can feel free to use it. If there is not much activity in the next few weeks I will pull the site down.
If it is something that may have value to you then let some other members know about it and hopefully we can start building a community to share ideas with.

I'm not sure a whole lot of people know about this site. It doesn't have any activity.

I think everyone that uses and enjoys the RepairShopr service as much as I do needs an area to collaborate and share the unique ways they customize and utilize RepairShopr. Not sure what the best outlet is, maybe a LinkedIn group. I'd love to share and hear work flows and processes relating to RepairShopr (customization of Ticket Status, Problem Type, Custom Fields, etc.) Anyone else feel the same?
