Allow customers to upload attachments
Allow customers to upload attachments via their portal user account. On the customer page and the ticket page. This should be an option for each portal user that and admin or tech can enable or disable.
This should be live.

Does this still work? I dont see any way to add attachments/uploads as an admin on the portal page

We lock the attachments section for our customer profiles as we hold copy contracts and proofs there but a separate 'customer share' section for customers to upload and download files within their online profile would be really useful. Once uploaded they could be there for say 7 days before they're deleted to help save RS storage space. Also make it easy for us to transfer them from the 'share section' to the attachments section if we need to keep them.
