Knowledge Base for staff and clients
It would be nice to have an internal knowledgebase for staff and an external knowledgebase for common questions from our clients. This would be an easy way to build staff knowledge and be more efficient with our clients. Just like your knowledgebase, it would be great to say - "please go to your customer portal and search for maintenance tips".
Thanks guys!
The wiki should cover this!
(and maybe an external wiki like mediawiki if you want one for your customers to visit.)

We use the OS X Server wiki, and I have to say, I'd rather see an integration with a wiki service than RepairShopr try to make its own home-baked solution. That's a lot of work, and why re-create the wheel?

Would Google Groups work? Plugging into as many Google products would be a massive plus

Our company has recently started using Google Sites to create a client profile for higher level clients. We can copy and paste a template we've designed to create a new client profile. It's a great place to use as a knowlegebase since we can already control who can see what pages. We use this for everything from important contact/vendor information to instructional documentation, videos, links, forms, etc.
If RepairShopr had some kind of integration with google sites... well it would be freaking fantastic! :)
Even just a spot to put a url to their client profile would help... (I believe we could do this now using custom forms) But if it went a step further and perhaps used an existing template to create a new site for a specific customer, it would cut down a LOT of leg work. We could just start editing the content.
