  2. Add Google Address Lookup feature for exisitng customers and creating appointments

    The new Google address lookup/selection feature is AMAZING when creating a new customer! It's so quick and helpful, and halfway allows us to finish peoples addresses when they begin to recite them. Bravo!

    The only issues is that it currently only is available when creating a NEW customer. This is such a helpful feature and should absolutely be available when adding/editing an address for an EXISTING customer.

    Also, when creating an Appointment for a customer, sometimes (as we all know) the appointment address is different than the address we have on file. The Google Address Lookup feature should also be…

  3. Assign Stock to customer at check in

    Hi,

    It would be great if, when entering / checking in stock, we could assign it a customer at that point, so that when you go a customer to do a ticket or invoice we get a prompt saying that they have this stock available and do you want to add it to the ticket/invoice.
    Quickbooks did something like this and it helped us not to miss putting items onto customers invoices/tickets.

  4. Add more or customizable sortable fields on the Customers Tab

    In particular it would be nice to be able to sort our customers based on the amount of money spent in our shop thus-far. I could also see uses for sorting the customers based on region (Marketr emails, etc).

  5. Make Commission Report Show Business Name instead of Customer Name

    I would like to see the commission report (as well as everywhere else) show the business name instead of the Customer name.

    I know in the templates you have a variable for "customerbusinessnameorcustomerfullname" which I've changed all my templates to use. I suggest you use this same method for the commission report. This way it will show the business name but if there is no business and it's just an individual it would show the customer name.

  6. Ticket Detail Screen

    On the Ticket Detail screen, at the top labeled "Ticket Detail". This information comes from the New Ticket Subject. You might consider having the customers last name and then the subject. Often times, techs will work on several computers at the same time thus there are multiple tickets open on Shopr. Having the the customers name followed by the subject will make it easier to distinguish each ticket.

  7. tag location title to logs of slack intergration for Big Chain accounts

    Add the locations title to the slack update so if you have big chain account with multiple stores you can differentiate between the updates in your slack log.

  8. Invoice Page Column Change

    Can the "status" and took payment" be streamlined. So that "Status" will be changed to "mailed". "Took payment" will be "Status" with clear words instead of locks, that are color coded the same as the banner.

  9. Tickets Dashboard Memory

    The Tickets screen does a great job of remembering Grouping but does not remember (for example) the selected technician. So in terms of job management this is the main screen that each of our techs uses so it would be nice if it could hold this information when flicking back and forth between screens as it does with Grouping

  10. Workflow Reminders

    I know we already have a daily and hourly diagnosis reminder that is sent through email. Would it be possible to add a feature that reminds technicians of general workflow? Not only diagnosis reminders, but a simple time untouched reminder. I think it would also be better if this was not done through email, but through SMS. If not SMS then I suppose it could be setup through Slack.

  11. Estimates to invoices

    It would be nice for estimates to be removed from the estimates page once they are invoiced, kind of like how the tickets are removed once they are resolved. Can you implement this feature?

  12. Add zip codes in the customer reports as a marketing tool.

    This will help a repair shop to see what zip codes are most popular and if they decide to move their store it will give them idea what direction and how far.

  13. Purchase order cross reference

    There should/could be a button or option on the purchase order to 'add all low stock items that are not already on another purchase order'.

    It would be helpful as I could quickly order additional required stock from a vendor before they dispatch my current order.

  14. New Report: Statistics Comparison (For Locations and/or Employees)

    Hey guys,

    I'm constantly getting nagged to provide report stats to each of our locations. Each team (and most techs) always want to know how they did:
    - Who had the most new tickets
    - Who made the most invoices
    - Who billed the most money
    - Which location was the busiest
    - Other stat comparisons

    Really, it's mostly information currently available in the Overview Report. The issue is that I don't feel comfortable with everyone (or anyone for that matter) seeing our Last Month, MTD, Last Weeks, etc Gross and Net numbers. I just want them to know which…

  15. Subtotals in aging report

    It would be great to break down the aging report further into subtotals for each aging category such as current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days, etc.. and then show a total for all aging invoices.

  16. Invoice descriptions

    We are trying to move from kyozou which also runs our ecommerce website. When We added detailed descriptions to products they end up being printed on an invoice and one item can take up a full page of invoice. We need to be able to have:

    PID (product number or sku)
    221364

    Short description of an item to show on the invoice like this:
    "HP Compaq DC7900 PDC 2.5GHz 2GB 250GB DVDCDRW Desktop Win 7 Home Prem"

    Quantity

    Price

    Those are all fields we need to print on invoice.

    It sounds like many people are asking for a proper solution to this as it relates to ecommerce integrations.

    As soon as woocommerce 2.5 is released we’ll start work on improving the integration, and we’ll get this added somehow at that time.

    It’s probably a month from being live right now.

  17. Stock Take - automatically add inventory on open tickets or invoices

    I have been testing the Stock Take module. One thing I noticed is that is does not account for inventory that is already on a ticket or an invoice. So, I end up getting a bunch of mis-reported counts due to that inventory being pulled from the shelf and put onto a customer's tickets or invoice.

    Hey Traci – we are getting ready for stock takes v2 and wanted to check in on this.

    So – you have 5 hard drives, you put 1 on an invoice for a customer and put it in their computer.

    At this moment the inventory level is at 4.

    You go to do a stock take, there are 4 on the shelf.

    Where is the issue?

  18. Bundle Items Recurring removal

    Would it be possible to automatically remove the items from the invoice when creating the recurring invoice? Instead of getting a message saying that it can't be added. For example, Bundle item A and item B get invoiced. Item B needs to be setup for recurring invoices but we can not make the recurring invoice from that invoice because of Bundle item A. Instead, we have to go to invoices, recurring invoices, and select new. Then fill out the contact information. This is not problematic for 10 a month, but doing a 100-200 a month, this becomes cumbersome quickly.

  20. bulk email filters

    This might be somewhere but I can't see it; is there a way to bulk email every customer in a certain filtered group? I can see in Marketr that I have something called a 'Dynamic Customer list', but I can't seem to edit or customise this list. Basically, I want to be able to email every customer with a ticket that is invoiced, but not resolved, to remind them to call in and collect their device.
