  1. How can I....

    FILTER LOCATIONS IN THE TICKET VIEW?!?!?! :( It doesn't look like that exists. Can location specific searches be added to anyone with administrative or supervisory views of this system? It will make backtracking to find monetary discrepancies way easier.

  3. Auto Purchase Mail Credits

    I want to see a module where I can tell RepairShopr that when we have x amount of mail credits left to automatically purchase another block of them. We just found out the system didn't have enough credits to send out all our recurring invoices and it's been almost three weeks since they should have been sent.

  5. Option for Store Credit Card Feature on Payment

    Hi,

    My business plan to selling a subscription based services to customers but theres no fluid way to save a Customer's Credit card at checkout (when pay). I was hoping a have button or "check in box" to save credit card info as the card is being processed/swiped.

  6. Is there an updated Supported Hardware?

    We would really like to be able to attach documents to Purchase Orders. We often get partial shipments, so it is common to need to see packing labels and other documents from our vendors.

    I find myself frequently forgetting to add assets to tickets while creating them because the button is so out of the way. Maybe it could be moved closer to the submit button or made more visible

  9. Enter price for items with comma and point.

    At the moment if we add price for item 43,56€ it changed it to 44,00€. Only if we use point it works.

    It would be great if you can enter the price both ways.

    In Europe we add price also with comma.

    it would be nice if the add another address to customer info was a drop down or selected from existing customer's or vendors. Instead of having to manually enter the bill to address over and over again for multiple customers.

  12. Estimate template for quick orders from client

    An example: Have an estimate that has client's default PC configuration, plus all the upgrades they could possibly use. Client logs into their portal, opens the estimate when they need it, as many times as they want, chooses the items and quantity they want, omits items they don't want, accepts the estimate, it creates the invoice, and have options to pay for it right then and there. Estimate templates would be customizable for each client, or assignable to groups of clients.

  13. Group different customer repairs on to a delivery note and email when shipped out and run reports to determine who has what .

    We outsource repairs to a number of specialist companies the ability to issue delivery notes and then run reports to keep track this requires a supplier ID against each job .

    It would be great to have a report at the customer level, where it shows all activity such as, tickets, payments, credit, invoices, and finally balance due. Some kind of customer history report.

  15. Beta interface

    One of the things we liked about tickets was the e-mail sender in the box on the left, and technician notes on the box to the right. We really don't like having to swap notes between internal and external, its an extra click and now you can't see your notes and the e-mail to the customer at the same time.

  16. Ability to export custom reports with emails AND phone numbers

    It would be really helpful if when exporting custom reports we can include custom fields. For example, when I export I currently only see the customer's name and email but not their phone numbers. This would help us immensely to maintain customer service/satisfaction with our follow ups!

  17. User friendly interface

    It would be very useful if tickets could be grouped by days like in a calendar order. So you can see the tickets not only by status, but what tickets has been created in particular day no matter what status and so you can click on them etc. Right now we have hundreds of tickets all randomly allocated by status and no one can find anything. It's a big mess and very complicated at the moment

  18. Billing address option and signature option in the customer portal

    I recently had a difficult time getting paid due to the charge being held up by Vantiv because my amount charged was large and was flagged in their system. I was asked to provide an invoice with a signature, but since the customer paid online, and was never prompted for a signature, I didn't have it. I had to physically go on-site and get one. Also the customer's name and address didn't match their business address and so it was flagged again. I would like the customer to be able to enter the correct billing address during checkout.   19. WebHook Ticket Automation

    I use Flock instead of Slack. It would be nice to have an option to use a webhook in ticket automations. You already have Slack as option, the generic webhook should be simple enough to implement.
