  3. Report to show parts ordered and if they were put on a ticket

    It would be great to have a report that showed the parts ordered through logistics and if they were added to to a ticket or not.

    This would give me a very quick glance of what one off ordered products we should have in stock for a given time.

  4. Ability to save a "Customer Search" list of all the customers that referred by a specific source

    Hi there!
    I would love to have the ability to save a "Customer Search" list of all the customers that referred by a specific source, such as BNI, Google or Yelp for example.
    This is very important for marketing purposes (for use with Marketr).

  5. Not able to categorize inventory by UPC code

    Hi, under the inventory tab, I was previously able to categorize inventory by UPC code, quantity, retail price, etc by clicking on the respective title. Now, when I click on UPC, quantity, etc, nothing happens. No reordering occurs. Is this part of an update, or is it something wrong on my end? Thanks.

  6. Provide some type of status on contract manager reminders

    We've really just started using contract manager for MSP term clients (6 or 12 month) etc unless they are on a monthly autobill. It is working great so far especially after the ability to sort by date!
    One thing we noticed though is we always schedule a reminder to call them a few weeks before their contract expires. When we do this the 'save' button just flashes. Sometimes i'm not sure if I left a reminder so I do it again. I noticed an 'all reminders' option when setting a reminder that will bring up a list but it would…

  7. Make copy / paste small buttons for entering information. Too much back and forth without.

    We keep running into an issue on a daily basis. Right now our workflow when entering a ticket is as follows:

    1. Open new ticket
    2. Enter subject (1st copy-paste) needed to copy subject to description as similar words used. We add addl info after the paste.
    3. Tech updates the diagnosis or what they did to resolve the issue.

    Usually for business clients we use 'add charges to ticket' as they might have several invoices for monthly billing.

    1. click 'add charges to ticket' or create Invoices (to generate single invoice)
    2. Either 'remember' what initial issue was but usually…

  8. Contract manager sorting addition

    The recent change to include sorting in the contract manager is awesome and very helpful! It unfortunately doesn't allow sorting by customer. We sometimes need to find the entries by cust name to modify or remove the contract and still have to search them all. The other fields can be sorted, would it be difficult to add the same feature to the customer name column since the others are already done?

  9. Mobile Version Clients button

    In the Mobile Version, (this is pretty nitpicky, but I keep noticing it) it would be helpful to change the "Clients" navigation button to read "Customers", since they are referred to as "Customers" throughout the entire Desktop Version. Thanks!

  10. Calendar to show Jobs that are more than two months in the future

    At present the calendar only shows jobs scheduled in the calendar for the next two months? I believe this is to improve performance of the program? It would be really useful for the calendar to show what is booked for the full year. As a service business we can book well into the future and without this capability we could easily double book work.

  11. Time Clock Report Instant Modification

    When we pull the time clock report (report > employees > time clock report) would be nice to have the ability to modify the report for the previous week if an employee failed to clock out.

  13. Make the 'Take a deposit' button even better--closing potential revenue loss loophole.

    As is, employee hits "take a deposit', but does not take the payment, the amount will still pull through when 'Make invoice' is created as a negative amount (as in not owing), EVEN if the payment was never taken! Yikes! I like the deposit button, could you make a rule that says: if the deposit is not paid, then the amount pulls through to invoice as a positive instead of a negative.

  14. Part order costs not changing

    When adjusting part order cost after creation of the order the adjusted price does not show on the invoice. Is this something that can be corrected so that the price changes are reflected?

  15. Require us to either choose an asset, select an existing one or choose "no asset"

    Right now it is too easy to forget to add an asset. Maybe if there was a pop-up that asked "are you sure there is no asset for this ticket?" upon ticket creation it would be easier to remember to add them.

  16. Audit or History Log for Leads Area

    Please create an "audit" or "History" for the leads area. It would be great if it was EXACTLY the same as tickets/invoices.

  17. Profiting From Reactivating Past Customers

    Digging for gold in your own data is always cheaper and more profitable than prospecting elsewhere.
    I wanted to run a report of past customers who we had serviced more than a year ago but I couldn't find a way of doing it. Support suggested I post the idea here.

    It would be really useful (and profitable) to be able to run a report by Issue Type with a Date Filter so we could pull out past customers to email through Marketr or export and use in another email program.

  20. On the invoice manager page can you add a total at the bottom of the "totals" column. Thank you
