An error occurred while saving the comment Obnoxious that they didn't seem to say anything, but my guess is this was unintentional and has been fixed - or at least it's stopped doing that for us, anyway.

An error occurred while saving the comment My shop manager just encountered this and complained to me. He was under the Customer Page and went to New > Email, and was disappointed. Just hoping what seems rather simple is still on y'all's radar.

An error occurred while saving the comment I have trouble with this with making appointments - I'm spoiled by Google etc converting "1300" to "1:00 pm" automatically. If I'm bothering to type in the date and time in the little text box, I'm almost certainly using the 10-key numpad, and having to type letters messes that up, of course. Additionally, even if you type a less-than-twelve-oclock number, it doesn't seem to actually convert it to a time correctly when you press tab unless you type an a or a p. Presently, omitting the a/pm seems to make it revert to the right-now time period for me.
I much prefer keying in the time to the tiny little mouse sliders. It shouldn't be difficult to convert the entry from 24-hour, even if you (for some reason) don't want to display it in 24 hour elsewhere.

That would be alarming to some of our... mid-grade ability sort of customers, the ones who know to check the link but not enough to, you know, open it in incognito etc to limit the threat. Especially if they don't actually realize that it was RS that sent them the message - then it's just some weird foreign link to them.

An error occurred while saving the comment I'd like one (preferably one key, like F12 or something) that bounces it to the PIN lockscreen. People keep putting in data under whoever was last logged in at the front desk, and it'd just be easier for everyone to remember and actually do if it was just a key to slam when walking away.
And one of my other systems, you press shift twice to put the cursor in the omni-search box. That would be fantastic, too.

What if any appointment that had a location specified we could calculate the road-miles from your office to there, and put that in a report?
A little simpler than doing real vehicle/person tracking, still gets you pretty good data – and would be more realistic for us to quickly build.

An error occurred while saving the comment I'd be fine with calculating mileage from our office to the appointment, BUT firstly we charge for it for our non-contract customers, so being able to enter a mileage line-item and quantity would be fantastic. Secondly, we charge (and reimburse) for round trip (but I imagine not everyone does), so... make a 'round trip' option to double it, if that's how you go?
