Hi guys, I've been speaking with Tyro. They said they will try and get in touch with Troy, they are really keen to get this happening for us.
Whats the total numbers we would have that would be interested in this integration. I also wonder if they could do a payment gateway similar to stripe, that way it could all be under one payment processor.

This is a must, we have been trying to keep manual doc's but its making it hard. If the person that ordered the stock isnt in the shop theres a lot of confusion. Can this be fixed soon ?
This should have been done already -
we need the option to create a part order for a customer without having to create a ticket (some cases a ticket may be necessary, what if you have customer that just wants a toner ? doesn't make sense )
Also being able to invoice directly from that ordered part.

We have been looking for the same thing. One setup closer to getting rid of onenote !
Our plan with this is to build a few options to choose from, with minor things able to be enabled/disabled. These aren’t built in a technology that allows us to make an editor though.
It’s planned, but no estimated time we’ll actually work on it.
yes we also need this currently we are copying the info into the dymo software - this takes up a lot of time. If we could customise them in repairshopr this would be a one step process.
