Recurring Statements

It would be nice to make it so that statement can be scheduled just like recurring invoices.
Maybe even have option on recurring invoice to attach statement of account.
I know the invoice reminder does this in a way, but some customers like to see a list of open invoices to print.

    What is the status update? Making phone calls and manually sending emails is time consuming.

    What is the status of this? Is there a way to have a statement reminder setup like open invoice reminder? This will help reduce the emails sent and make the customer aware of what they owe. Thank you in advance

    We would love an update on this.. Not being able to automatically send out monthly statements is biting us pretty hard.

    Looks like this has been under review for a while. and proposed almost 2 years ago.

    We have several clients that are on contracts, sending them several recurring invoices each month is confusing. We would typically send out a statement once a month (for the previous months billings). But there doesn't seem to be any automated way to do this in Repairshopr.

    Or make it similar to the open invoice reminder settings. Also, please add clickable links to their existing invoices in the pdf statement. Thank you in advance.

    I would concur with the open statement reminder idea. Some companies get a lot of work done in a month with multiple services and at the end of the month just pay them all off.

    This is exactly what needs to be happening for client summaries. Some of our clients have 20+ invoices and they do not want to get 20 emails through the auto email invoice system. They just want a summary with what they owe and a breakdown of invoices that created the total. If they want to research the invoice, they could go to their client portal and check out the invoice.

    Before this is active, the statements report needs to correctly display credits. All that needs to be adjusted is a line to show the credit balance. Sometimes clients will have credits on the account that can not be applied to products (Purchased Block of Credits for example instead of block of time).

    So, it should be as simple as.

    Credit on Account Summary -

    *Currently, the credit balance is auto deducted from the Invoice Balance Summary. Maybe this could be a selectable option so each company can have their preference.

    We should be able to edit this auto statement summary as well (just like the auto invoice template).

    This will be a nice step towards an invoicing system friendly to MSP providers.
