Troy, this is an additional level of protection from malware, extremely helpful to budding MSPs. Not every client has a firewall appliance onsite, and allows for protection to your residential clients, etc.
This can be used as an effective parental control (blacklisting/whitelisting websites by name, type or IP) or value added service for all of the aformentioned. When particular sites are accessed but blocked, it allows the end user to send a request to whitelist. I like this feature as it can be very helpful against some client's worst threats--themselves. :) Seriously though, it's a measure of being proactive and blocks a lot of malware before it has an opportunity to manifest.
A link to the site is here: https://umbrella.cisco.com/partners/msp-partners/
As far as integration into RS, if it were simply a reporting tool, it would be helpful to know what threats are blocked.

For IT Pros/MSPs you can now set override prices per customer via a contract. The rest of this might take a bit longer
Our plan with this is to build a few options to choose from, with minor things able to be enabled/disabled. These aren’t built in a technology that allows us to make an editor though.
It’s planned, but no estimated time we’ll actually work on it.Claude Louis commented
Please allow the ability to customize the labels. I agree with Will. Our labels in the former software (which I believe is the same for both of us) allowed me to make a custom label that didn't have so much client information on it (for their privacy) but allow me to make a default template that said "for immediate service or repair, call ____ and our phone and web info. The only identifier for them was their name. I find that with our current tags, which we originally were keeping on people's machines are now being taken off since they dont really serve as a reminder. I can upload examples if need be. Currently, if I want to continue to do this, I'm with Nathan and have to manually create the label in the Dymo software and print it from there.
