We were prepping to start this and realized the narrow-scope version we were willing to commit to would just make most people upset that we “built it half way” – but we aren’t in a position to compete with docusign/etc and spend a year building a proper solution.
We could more easily help make a zapier/webmerge solution work if you wanted some automation, if we get a lot of feedback supporting that idea I’ll make it happen pretty quickly.
The credit card authorization for recurring credit card billing would be a fantastic addition!

I thought there was a coupon system in Repairshopr initially. I personally would like to have the ability to send coupons to my customers. This could be based on a myriad of factors, such as how much they have spent, types of tickets performed for them, etc. I would really like to have this system back as to me it would be beneficial to my customers and business since it already knows the rules and parameters of how our customers want to be contacted.
Having a more full featured, defined way of adding/creating multiple coupons with the ability to track the number that was generated, would be a fantastic addition. In my mind, it would be nice to have a lot more options for creating coupons, and to know how many people were emailed coupons in my batch - so as to track how many and what percentage come back. Adding this in with some form of defined loyalty program would be a great addition to the software.
