I would also like this change. I am a break fix shop with 60-80 open tickets at a time. When we order a part we have to change due date, when we call customer with estimate we edit due date any for many other reasons we change due dates on a daily basis. It is a pain to have to click to open the individual ticket and then go back, find were we left off in the queue and continue down the list. I would be great to just have a dropdown or the calendar to just pop open while in the tickets list view change it and move to the next ticket.

Please add this. We have over 50 tickets active on a regular basis and we edit the due date along the ticket process. We organize the tickets by due date but we use it also as a next action date. For example we have the diagnostic/estimate due date, then after we call and get the approval we edit the date again based on the repair date. If we order a part we change the date to the expected delivery date. If we call and leave a voice mail we change the date again to a day or 2 later for a follow up call. If a customer says they will call us back on x day we change the date as well. It is a mission to go back and forth.
