Make due date customizable on /tickets page
We are working on implementing due dates better in our workflow but it is challenging to have to go into the ticket to change a due date. It would be really awesome if clicking on the due date would bring up maybe 4 quick change options such as, now, 1 hour, 24 hour, 7 days.
We would love to be able to change due dates in the main ticket page - is there any progress with this??

I would also like this change. I am a break fix shop with 60-80 open tickets at a time. When we order a part we have to change due date, when we call customer with estimate we edit due date any for many other reasons we change due dates on a daily basis. It is a pain to have to click to open the individual ticket and then go back, find were we left off in the queue and continue down the list. I would be great to just have a dropdown or the calendar to just pop open while in the tickets list view change it and move to the next ticket.
I agree with Phil Krough, Having an option for closed days not affecting due dates or coming off ticket date timing would be very very helpful

Can we also exclude certain days (I'm closed on Sundays and want to make it so that no due date falls on a day I'm closed.)
Please can this happen, I cant believe its not more of a problem for people. We use the ticket list for production meetings and currently have to go into the ticket each time we want to change the due date, takes ages
Hi, dues dates change regularly during our working day, it would be really useful if they could be quickly changed from the ticket list rather than having to go into the individual tickets. I know there is some work to this planned, it would be a massive help to us, it would speed things up a lot
