    YES!! This would make life much easier and make more sense. And/or make an easy way to alphabetize the list without having to delete them all and re-add them in the order you want. very tedious. I am guessing this also may affect tickets already created with those types. What happens to them if you delete one later on and readd a new one in the correct order? Probably best to just leave them alone after initial setup?

    YES!! I thought the same when setting mine up. I'm glad I saw the issue with what would happen if I changed an answer later. This would make life much easier and less tedious and make more sense. An easy way to alphabetize the list without having to delete them all and re-add them in the order you want would be great.

    This would be awesome. If you could make all boxes movable on any page such as the ticket page or invoice or anywhere with all different sections and boxes. Just put a little crosshair when you hover over it. thus allowing you to move it around so you can put what you want at the top, etc.

    This would be nice. I've seen multiple places where there are multiple clicks and windows that seem a little excessive and it could be all done in one window.

    This is more like, additional people can subscribe/follow for updates right?

    You can’t “assign” something to more than one person..

    Would “follow” with notifications get you what you are after?

    This would be good, but also I have a need for something similar to just multiple techs on a ticket. I see there is a way to put a SINGLE technician’s name on each line item for commission purposes. This allows me to use or run the employee commissions report for each technician and find out what this commission would be per line item and not per invoice. This is great! But, We really need a way to put two technicians on a single line item in RS so we can split commision on a single line item. Could you add a second box for another technician and have the reports be able to read it correctly? I'm all ears for suggestions or workarounds also.

    Is this possible yet? I'd like to be able to do this so I can add a technician to each line item instead of just the whole invoice.
