Need a way to Close an Estimate or Mark it Not Accepted/Inactive
We need a way to mark an estimate inactive or Not Accepted. Once you make an Estimate it always shows up in the Estimate section of the portal for the customers. So at anytime they can click Accept Estimate Button and this causes problems if its past the 30 Day time period that we give for our Estimate. Also we do a lot of Estimates so they will always show up for the customers. We like to keep the history of what we quoted and deleting them wouldn't do that. So something like Inactive (Kindof like the Resolve on tickets) or maybe a few status like Inactive, Not Accepted, Out Bid or something like that. Just some way to take them out of the list for our customers.
This is live!

How long are these going to sit in the portal after they have been approved? There needs to be a way that once an estimate is accepted it gets turned into an invoice and the estimate gets "closed" so it isn't' sitting in estimates anymore. Once an estimate has been accepted and turned into an invoice there isn't any need for a "duplicate" sitting around. Estimates have been turned into Invoices need to "fall off" the list in the Estimates window.
There also needs to be a way to close an estimate, we have stuff sitting there from 4 months ago that should have fallen off?
Thanks

It would be nice to be able to set a deadline date as well as the status for estimates, kind of like a due date for an invoice. It just needs to be customizable, some promos we run have a deadline of the end of the promo but others may be our standard 30 days.
I'd also like to be able to tie Marketr to estimate deadlines, just a reminder that they haven't accepted or declined and that the estimate will expire soon.

Agreed, customers have found it strange that invoiced estimates ate still in there portal
